Chapter 12

James POV

I woke up next to Severus and I kissed him on the cheek as he was still sleeping.

I walked downstairs and went to make breakfast when I heard a cry on the front step.

I opened it to find a baby laying on the floor wrapped in a blanket. There was a note from Dumbledore on the front.

I took the baby in and went back upstairs to wake up Severus. Luckily there's three bedrooms in the Potter household.

I put the baby at the end of the bed.

I woke up Severus which gave him quite the fright.

I then explained everything, while reading the note. At first Severus had a breakdown at the thought of raising a child.

But then calmed down to the idea and took him in.

I used magic to change my old room into a baby's room.

I placed the baby, that me and Severus has decided to call Harry. In the cot.

I went downstairs to see Severus drinking his coffee.
