DAY 19: Fate

Two young teenagers, Kingsley and Farida, shared a love so pure, innocent, and unconditional.

The difference in religion and ethnicity wasn't a barrier, in fact, it gave them a sense of understanding, tolerance, and interest.

A love so true, a soothsayer could predict a happy ending without a spiritual consultation.

But as they grew older, exposure brought them face to face with reality. Kingsley and Farida knew they couldn't be together anymore.

The same religion and ethnicity they once understood with a pure heart, became an obstacle to the true love they shared.

They were two humans from separate worlds, like Israel and Pakistan, bonded by love. They were so close but yet so distant, like oil and water, they couldn't mix.

They accepted their cruel fate and parted ways, to preserve a true love they couldn't keep.
