Narrator pov

Ava woke up with pain in her head

She instantly remembered what miles did to her yesterday

She groaned trying to reach for phone but she didn't remember where she put it she started freaking out not knowing what to do

Then it hit her, when miles pushed her she dropped her phone due to the pain

She sighed then we stood up, she got dizzy once she stood

She took her time to adjust then she walked out of her room and head to the bathroom

She looked in the mirror, nothing changed

She just looked stressed with bags under her eyes

Ava then exit the bathroom and walked downstairs to see Miles, Flora, and Nicole; the 2 siblings sitting at the table while Nicole cooked "hi Ava!" Flora said nicely and happily "hi flora" she said with a light smile trying to smile through the pain

"Hey sleepy head, does your head hurt?" Nicole asked "yea" I said and she nodded "I got some medicine the doctor gave me, I'll go upstairs and get it, you take a seat" she said and Ava nodded and sat down

She stared at the table not knowing what to say to the siblings that sat at the table

All miles could to was look at her, he couldn't get his mind off of them cuddling yesterday night

He knew she didn't remember, but that's all he could think of, he didn't want to tell her though

He wanted to cherish that moment by himself, he felt bad that he put her in that position to even make her loopy enough to cuddle him, but he didn't regret doing so

Soon Nicole came back downstairs with a bottle of pills and she handed them to Ava "take 2 tablets, I'm getting your water right now" Nicole said as she walked to the fridge and opened it and grabbed a bottle of water and she handed it her

"Thanks" Ava said weakly and Nicole nodding and continued cooking the eggs that were on low heat for the last 2 minutes

Miles and Flora watched as Ava swallowed the pills with water

Flora finding it weird and miles just not being not able to take his eyes off of her

"Did anyone see my phone?" Ava questioned knowing exactly where she dropped it "I did...I'll go get it" miles said lowly and Ava found it weird at how strange he was acting

Miles got up and went inside that same room seeing broken glass with a little blood; he couldn't handle going in that room right now

He found it weird to be in there after hurting Ava

He then picked it up and walked out of the room closing the door back and walking back into the kitchen

He handed to Ava and she thanked him

Her hands felt the coldness from her phone and she turned it on to see a text

"How did I get a message? I thought we had no service" Ava said "well I got that figured out, now we can be on our phones" Nicole said and Ava smiled

Ava then went to her messages and she furrowed her eyes at a number who texted her

Unknown number: Hey its Brian, the boy you bumped into a the mall lol😂

Ava: oh hi sorry I didn't text back sooner, I fell and cracked my head open...like I said, I'm clumsy😂

Ava smiles and placed her phone down

Miles took a glance at the text he saw Brian's name and instantly felt mad

She then changed his contact name

Brian❤️😂

It just made miles mad more than he should have been

"I'm leaving" miles said "ok, well I'll call you down for breakfast" Nicole said "I don't have the appetite for breakfast anymore" miles said coldly

Ava furrowed her eyebrows and so did Nicole Flora just shrugged her shoulder; it was typical miles

Later that day

Nicole was playing barbies with flora while Ava was laying in bed texting Brian

She made a new friend and she was happy

Miles knocked on her door

"Come in" she said and she saw smiles and her smile dropped "look-I know you probably don't remember anything from after the doctors so I'll do it again...I apologize for hurting you last night, anger got the best of me and I never knew that...I would take it that far" miles said and Ava nodded then continued texting Brian

"Are you texting that guy from the mall?" Miles asked and she nodded "Ava, please put the phone down" miles said

He was trying his best to apologize but he she was angering him by paying attention to that boy

He wanted the attention on him so she can actually see the good side of miles

Do it miles, do it

The voice in his head said

He snatched her phone away from her and smashed on the ground "miles!" She said "what's gonna on in there!?" Nicole yelled from floras room "nothing, I dropped the glass of water I was bringing Ava, I got it!" Miles lied and he closed the door and locked it

"Why the hell would to break my phone!" Ava yelled loud enough for only them to hear "because, you aren't listening" he said "that didn't mean you had to break my fucking phone into pieces" she said and he pulled at his hair

"I thought you were apologizing, I thought you were trying to change...but I need to stop thinking good about you, your never gonna change, miles" Ava snapped and Miles heart broke

"You know what, I was stupid enough to even think I loved you..." miles said and Ava sat there in pure shock

Miles walked out and went into his room, he looked the door and laid in his bed and stared at the ceiling

It was love and jealousy he felt

He didn't like the feeling of it; it didn't make him feel good about himself

It made him want Ava to pay attention to him at all times

Ava on the other hand stayed on her bed shaking

She knew she felt the same way about him but couldn't tell him just yet

And Miles was too mad at himself and Ava at this moment
