Narrator pov

Miles and Ava didn't want to enter the house, while Nicole and Flora were both in the house

Miles looked at Ava and they made eye contact "I guess tomorrow you won't be needing to stay" miles said coldly "miles..." Ava warned

"Stop it, I didn't know anything about this, I found out the news when you did too" Ava said and miles instantly walked inside the house

He felt the bad presence again

Quint was excited for him to be home

Miles went up the closest mirror and looked in it

Quint was shown with an evil smirk

Miles sighed and looked down

"Don't, leave them be" miles said to quint and all he did was smirk and disappear

Miles easily upstairs to his room and sat in his chair while looking out of the window

It was bright, but a dull bright, the clouds were out, it looked a little foggy, but if you were to try to look at the sun you couldn't because it was shining

Miles didn't know how to feel, he was getting better but he was back to stage 1

He soon seen a spider and put his hand in front of it; allowing it to crawl on him

He let it crawl over his hand and he soon stood up and placed it in the tank he had

The little spider was beginning to crawl around until a big black spider popped out and ate it

He sat back in his chair and continued to look out it the window

Soon there was a light knock on his door and he didn't respond but that person still entered

"Hey miles..." Ava spoke while holding something behind her back

But miles didn't notice, he was still looking out of the window; he in some kind of world of his own

"I brought this for you" she said and he turned around to see her holding a disk; a music disk

"It's one of my favorite bands, and i think you'll like it-it's also so you could remember me" she said and he nodded "oh cool" he said and she placed it on his table and she sat on his bed

"Remember before we left to go to my house?" Ava suddenly asked and he nodded "who was 'he' and why wasn't he letting you leave?" Ava asked and miles stared at the floor "you know we can talk, and I think we should talk about him, miles" Ava said and miles got up and walked over to his drum set

"What's his-" Ava got cut off my miles hitting his drums "stop" she said and he looked her in her eyes "is he-" the same thing happened again "miles-" he kept hitting the drums irritating the girl

Miles continued hitting his drums taking all his anger out

Ava was upset that he didn't want to talk to her and he made it clear, he told her he was going to tell her everything she wanted to know about him and his life, but he wasn't an open book anymore

He decided to end the story early

She walked out of the room; closing mikes' door and walking to hers

Once she got in hers she curled up in a ball

She knew it was the last day she'd see miles in a long time, she thinks she wouldn't even see him for the rest if her life

It scared her

But miles didn't have nothing to worry about, he knew that she'd be safe and away from quint

Yes it did hurt him very much, but he wanted her to stay safe, he didn't want to admit that quint was out to get her, so this was best, letting her go, letting her leave

He was going to actually say goodbye, but it wasn't the time to say goodbye

They had the night left, and the morning left

Ava woke up to laughter downstairs

She squinted at the sunlight in her eyes

She got up and she walked to the bathroom and checked her face; mascara still on but smudged

She turned on the water feeling the coldness of it, she then cupped her hand together and put her face in her hands wiping the cold refreshing water on her face

Once she looked in the mirror she saw this girl but she instantly disappeared scaring her

She closed her eyes and sighed

Your just hallucinating, you just got up

She thought

She got a towel and pat her face dry

She slowly walked down the stairs and went into the kitchen to see a girl, Nicole, Flora, and Miles

It was all smiles at the table

"Oh, I was just talking about you, Ava this is Macey, Floras new babysitter" Nicole said and Ava awkwardly nodded

"Hi" Macey said "hi" Ava said back

"Nic, can we talk for a sec?" Ava asked and Nicole nodded while sitting at the table making Ava sigh "alone" she said and Nicole got up and walked over to her sister

They headed out of the kitchen near the stairs

"How old is she?" Ava asked "your age, why?" Nicole answer confused "oh, great" Ava said sarcastically "what is wrong with you, Ava?" Nicole asked and Ava shook her head "I'm fine" she said and Nicole stopped her sister from going up the stairs

"Seriously, Ava? Why are you acting like this?" Nicole asked "maybe because me and miles aren't really on good terms-I don't know where we are right now, but it's not good and now some girl way prettier than me pops up and miles is smiling super widely" Ava rambled "give miles a break, aves you can find somebody new" Nicole said

"Yea, cause that's the easiest thing?" Ava said and Nicole sighed while rubbing her face "well what can I possibly do?" Nicole said "nothing, just-take me home already" Ava said

"Listen, aves, I'm sorry, I know how you feel...well stay for another hour or 2 so I can tell Macey the routine...alright?" Nicole said and Ava nodded

"Fine" Ava said while walking back upstairs

She was going to dress to impress today, she hated when her jealousy got to her

Once she looked in the mirror she sighed

"You're not gonna do this-what am I doing wrong" she said while pulling at her hair

She slid to the ground with her knees to her chest

"Ava?" She heard a voice from the outside of the bathroom
