Ava got home to see Nicole sitting on the couch "I thought you had work?" Ava said "wow...so I'm guessing your day at school was shitty" Nicole said and Ava sat next to were sister "yea, miles and macey goes to my school" she said "shouldn't you be happy about that?" She asked and Ava shook her head

"We're all not-friends, not right now" she said and Nicole sighed "what now, aves?" She asked "nothing, nothing at all-you don't have to worry" Ava said and Nicole gave her a 'are you sure?' look

"For real, it's nothing bad" Ava said "you and miles really need to stop going back in forth, your making me irritated" Nicole said "it's irritating me too, I just hate my brain and the way I feel about him so much" Ava said and Nicole sighed "he's got you whipped" Nicole said and Ava sighed

"I wish it was the other way around" Ava said while lazily laying back on the couch "it probably is, he's probably as whipped as you" Nicole said and Ava laughed "I'm not happy about this, it makes my anxiety go crazy" Ava admitted

"That's not a good sign, aves...you either push him away for get him, I'm tired of going over this with you, you're smart enough to move on and find someone else" Nicole said "I know, I'll talk to him, but at this moment I just need to find the right words" Ava said and Nicole nodded "ok, well I only came back home for break, but it's up in 20 minutes, so I'm leaving" Nicole said while standing up and Ava stood up after her sister

"Ok well thanks for the talk, and I'll see you later" Ava said and Nicole nodded and smiled

Ava walked up stairs hearing the front door close; her sister leaving

She let out a loud groan

She sat on her bed and got out a piece of paper and a pen

Her homework was to right what was good about her summer and what was bad

She knew this was only an easy start but she still didn't want to do it, she was going to have the most hard time writing what was bad, she didn't want to say she got abused or anything

But she wanted her first assignment to be done

What was good about my summer was hanging with this amazing little girl named Flora. She brought nothing but positivity to my summer and I love her so much. What was bad was

She stopped and stared at her floor trying to think of things that she could say, things that were appropriate for her homework assignment.

What was bad was not being able to travel this summer. Also ending on a bad note with friends.

That was the shortest assignment she's done, but it was easy and the only assignment so she wasn't even made about getting homework.

Ava put her paper back in her backpack and closed it

She threw it off to the side and she sighed while laying back

Her eyes closed softly

She didn't mean to fall asleep

But in her dream, she didn't want to wake up

"Maybe if you just change-ow fuck" Ava groaned as she prickled her finger with the pearl sewing pin

"Language" miles said making the both of them laugh "Yea, language, Ava" Flora said and Ava nodded "yes ma'am" Ava said to flora "what about me?" Miles said "no, only Flora gets the fancy words" Ava teased and miles smiled

"My dress is going to be amazing" flora said and Ava nodded "hopefully I got the measurements right" Ava said with a laugh and miles smiled

"Miles why are you sticking the pins in mannequins boobs" Ava said "it's called fashion" miles said "more like a type on surgery injection" Ava said "we shouldn't be talking about this in front of flora" mikes said with a smirk and Ava playfully rolled her eyes

"Sorry for that, flor" Ava said and miles sighed "she even gets a nickname, what did I ever do to you?" Miles "I'm her favorite" flora said and miles looked at Ava "she isn't wrong" Ava said "but I'm your boyfriend" he said

Ava eyes shot open to the sound of her name

She looked towards her door to see her dad "time for dinner, unless you want to got back to sleep" her dad and she shook her head "I'm pretty sure I already messed up my sleeping schedule now" Ava said and her dad laughed "you definitely did" he said and walked out and she walked out the door sleepily following behind her dad
