Narrator pov

Ava woke up to the sound of groaning

The groans were loud, too loud

She looked to her left to see flora not there

She got up quickly and walked out of the room and heard laughing down stairs to see flora at the kitchen table with Nicole "what's all that noise?" Ava asked her sister "it's miles, he keeps throwing up-he's hung over" she said and Ava sighed while rubbing her face "and no one helped?" She asked her sister "he didn't want help" she said and Ava rolled her eyes

She walked over to the fridge and got a cold bottle of water

"Does this place have Advil?" Ava said while looking around in the cabinets "nope" Nicole said and Ava sighed and walked up stairs to the bathroom and knocked on the door

"Leave" miles groaned and Ava rolled her eyes and walked in the bathroom "thanks for letting me help you" Ava said sarcastically "why are you here?" He asked "because I actually want to help miles, you can't push me out forever" I said and he sighed "fine" miles said and Ava smiled "here" she said and while handing him the water

"Thanks" he said and she nodded "you don't have to drink it now because it'll come back up, but drink it soon, you're letting out a lot" she said and she closed the door behind her

She felt happy that she accomplished helping miles, no matter how much he pushed her out or abused her, she couldn't stop herself from helping him, she needed closure with him

For the rest of the day it was just the girls hanging out and having a great time while miles complained about his headache; now that he was done throwing up

It was now dark

The whole house tends to become dark, barely lights being around

The girls got around with flashlights while miles walked completely in the dark

And right now that's what he was doing

We walked down stairs inside of the kitchen

He entered the dark sewing room bringing back memories of him slamming avas head into the mirror

He step on the glass accidentally, but he didn't care, something had took over his body at this point, no reactions happen what so ever

Miles then opened the door to see nothing but dark shadows

"Miles" he heard but still continued to pay an interest in the shadows

"Miles" he heard again and he turned around to see flora

"What flora?" He snapped at the little girl "I want mommy, where's mommy?" Flora asked "flora, not right now, go to your room" he said and she sighed

"There's a voice in there" she said and miles looked at her "go to Nicole's" he said carelessly "but-" he cut her off "go somewhere flora, not in here" he said and she sighed "avas crying" she finished her sentence and miles went soft

No miles

The voice said to him

"why?" He asked "I don't know-what happened with you 2!" Flora asked "flora, you're too young to understand-just go and make her happy" miles said making his little sister nod and walk away

She went back upstairs to Avas room and she sat next to Ava "miles is acting weird" flora said to Ava and her eyes widened "did he hurt you?" She asked quickly while touching her face "no" she said and Ava sighed in relief
