Our Great Love [JENLISA]

Chapter 5

Lisa and Tzuyu started to meet each other frequently after they got back from the resort, Much to Lisa's surprise, she found out that Tzuyu is a new student in her school. They always walk together and get lunch together. Until Lisa told Tzuyu that she loved her, and so did Tzuyu. They became the most influential couple in the school.

But Jennie.

She was hurting.

She was mad at herself for not stopping Lisa from meeting that Tzuyu. Once was okay, twice could've remained as friends, but up to this point? She couldn't comprehend it.

But it happened. So, she pretends to be happy for Lisa.

{Present}

Jennie was waiting for Lisa in front of her locker as she usually does. They used to walk together to the classes, but now Jennie rarely see Lisa at school, as Lisa would always send Tzuyu back home.

But today, Tzuyu was sick, so she didn't come to school, and Jennie couldn't be anymore happier now that the girl is sick, taking it as a chance to redeem Lisa's attention for once.

"Jennie?" Jennie opened her closed eyes and stood up straight with a wide smile. She missed Lisa a lot, and Lisa wasn't aware of that.

"Yah! You've been ditching me alone lately. Can't I join you and walk together to classes like we always do?" Jennie said with a pout. Lisa smiled and shuffled Jennie's hair.

"Aigoo! You can always join us and walk together. But I think you know Tzuyu is sick. Come on, let's walk together. I'll make it up for ditching you the whole month." Lisa said while holding both Jennie's hands.

A month.

They have been together for a month now, and Jennie still can't get over it. Tzuyu didn't like Jennie. She's too possessive and thinks that Jennie is going to steal Lisa from her, when honestly, it is the other way around.

Well, to Jennie, it's mostly true. Jennie promised herself that she would never give up and try everything until Lisa realized her love.

"If there's food, I'll join you!" Jennie said with her cute voice. Lisa smiled, pulled Jennie's hand that she was holding, and ran through the crowd.

{After school}

"Where do you want to go?" asked Lisa while walking around the city of Seoul. She was with Jennie and they went to the fun-fair near Jennie's house. Jennie was looking for a game, but a photo booth got her attention. She smiled and pulled Lisa's hand to the booth. Lisa was shocked but still followed her best friend.

Jennie's p.o.v

We entered the booth, and I closed the tent before sitting closely with Lisa. The booth was small, enough for 2 or 3 people only. Lisa looked at me. "We're really going to spend money on this?" I nodded my head like a kid, and she smiled back.

"Alright then, if that's what Jennie wants." I pressed the photo button, and it has a 5 sec timer. so I sat in a comfortable way and looked at Lisa. She looked at me, and we burst out laughing while looking in front.

I looked at it and smiled. We had to take three pictures, so I started to make another pose before pressing the photo button. I hugged Lisa's head while Lisa was hugging my waist. We looked at the photo again, and I smiled as we looked cute in the photo.

"If people don't know us, they would think we're really dating." said Lisa, and I just chuckled. She's too cute when she complains. "Why? Aren't we dating now?" Lisa looked at me and said, "Damn, we are." and we burst out laughing.

"Come on, the last photo." I told her, and she nodded. I was thinking of a pose when she suddenly held my cheeks and made me face her. We were an inch close, and her hands didn't move.

She was holding me so close, too close, actually. I can feel her hot breath on my lips, I feel like she was going to kiss me. I closed my eyes and smiled. I felt very calm and warm when she's doing things like this. It hurts me more to think that she already has a god damn girlfriend.

I mean, how can she not love me when she's being like this?!

'Click!'

I opened my eyes as I heard the clicking sound. Lisa removed her hands and looked at the photo on the screen. "We look like a couple on this photo." she exclaimed. I looked at it, and yeah.

We do.

I was closing my eyes with a smile on my lips while Lisa was holding my cheeks. She was smiling and looking at my closed eyes.  Our foreheads sealed together. I took two copies of the photos and gave one to her.

"I'll keep it safe. So when I miss you I can just watch this." I said with my gummy smile. We looked at each other and held hands before going to the nearest ice cream shop.

"Hello! Can I get one chocolate and one milk flavoured ice cream, please?" Lisa ordered. A few minutes later and the cashier gave us our order, and we took a seat near the window.

"Tomorrow will be our last day at school. What are you going to do? I mean, after graduation and all." asked Lisa. I looked at her and smiled. "Well, I think I'm going to take over my father's company as he planned. I know you're going to take your father's company too." I told her. She smiled warmly as she nodded slowly.

"Well, not bad for our journey, isn't it?" I raised my eyebrow as an agreement. We were talking and laughing until her phone that was put on the table started buzzing.

Oh, Tzuyu again.

Can't she just stay put and rest. She's sick, and she's making me sick, too.

Lisa looked at me, and I smiled at her to tell her it's okay. I smiled to think that she still takes care of my heart even though she's with Tzuyu. She said that she didn't want to lose her friend.

She walked away, not too far, but far enough for me not to hear her. After a few minutes, she came back with a smile. I guess her girl is fine now. I smiled before asking, "How is she?"

"She's fine. She'll be coming to the graduation day tomorrow." Told Lisa. 'I didn't even want to know, darling.' I thought, yet I just nodded in response.

After the long day we had, she walked me home. I went to my room and put the photo we took on my bed table. I took a shower and jumped on my bed.

I took it and looked at it closely. I smiled as if the photo was everything to me. I put the photo back and drifted off to sleep.
