Ikigai(n.): a reason for being; the thing that gets you up in the morning.

The next day, Ink teleported to the Omega Timeline. Everyone that already knew him swarmed him in questions and hugs. He noticed someone ahead that was talking with Core Frisk. They both turned to the commotion, they both haven't seen Ink through the thick crowd of humans and monsters.

"Hey, what's happening?" Core tried to squeeze through the crowd, but getting slightly pushed back because of how small they were. Blueberror pushed through the crowd easier. Ink looked at him, their eyes meeting. Blueberror was scared. Even with the people around him bumping into him and shoving him he stood perfectly still.

The smile came to Ink's face when he saw him, "Blue!" Oh, he hadn't heard his old name in a long time. He was surprised when Ink came up to hug him. "I thought you would stop existing once I did the Reboot!" He laughed relieved.

"Wait, wait, wait," Blueberror pulled him away, "You aren't mad at me?"

"Heh, why would I be?"

Blueberror remembered the events, "I stole the AUs, cause a whole lot of stress, killed myself, killed the AUs, killed you—!" He paused, "How the hell are you not mad at me?"

"Ehm...Error told me about glitches and stuff, and I don't blame you. You didn't exactly have control over that, and I don't blame you," He smiled, "Plus, I would find some way to forgive you!" Blueberror felt warm happiness flow through him at Ink's smile. He hugged Ink tightly as Ink was surprised, but hugged back.

"I was still thinking I hurt you," Ink heard Blueberror's voice cracked and muffled in his shirt, "And I was ready for you to hate me all over again."

"I never hated you," Ink whispered.

"Also, it's Blueberror now."

"Alright Blueberror," Ink pulled away with a smirk on his face, "But you know how you can really make it up to me?" His hands at Blueberror's shoulders holding him out in front of him.

Blueberror looked confused, "What?"

"We're making tacos, at my place." Blueberror's face lit up with laughter, all sadness going away immediately. He didn't expect that, but he was glad that he would be with his friend again. "And you better come—"

"I will! I will!" He smiled at Ink, "Missed you," He playfully punched Ink in the shoulder.

"Missed you too,"

Core Frisk was watching the whole time, "Hey," Ink looked at them. "How'd you...?" They were wary, unsure of this Ink. Ink hasn't seen them in so long, even before the events before his death. He pulled the small child up in a hug and spun them around. "Wh—hey!" They held back a laugh.

"I miss you!"

Blueberror chuckled, "You miss everyone."

"Exactly!" He set Core down on the floor, "It's me! Are you surprised?"

"More like...concerned..." Ink tilted his head in confusion and Core starts explaining, "The creators might be mad since you—"

"Oh, they brought me back." Core looked shocked. "While there are a lot of creators that hate me and Error being together, there are some that love the fact that we are together. The love and support they are giving this story are what brought me back."

"Because you are fueled by the creation in the Multiverse." Core smiles.

Ink laughed and gave a thumbs-up, "Yep! I owe them one for that save!

Blueberror scoffed, "Man, took 'em three years though? Hehe, I'm just kidding."

Core looked back at Ink, "But I'm also concerned about another thing," Ink fiddled with his fingers, "Are you okay?"
