Under the Silver Lake was a movie I been wanting to watch for awhile due to having Andrew Garfield and from what I read the film seemed interesting. And it is, it's an interesting and weird movie.
Andrew Garfield being the main star in the film was amazing. The way he portrayed the main character Sam was interesting as it makes me think of Peter Parker being involved with some weird conspiracy theories, it's obvious I miss him as Spider-Man. But his acting in this film is phenomenal. He worked well with all the characters adding more mystery.
Story was interesting as it shows the weird side of Hollywood that includes weird but interesting conspiracies going on. It even includes a fun nod with a Spider-Man comic so that was fun to see in the film.
My one flaw is that it's too long. It is over two hours long which it could have been shortened down about 20 minutes.
Overall it's a weird but intriguing film. I do recommend it if you're into mystery, weirdness and Andrew Garfield.
