Recently this film turned 30 years old and I rewatched it not too long ago. This film is a classic. After rewatching it several times through the years it is still a classic. It's just so fun and entertaining.
The Turtles, Master Splinter, April O'Neil, and Casey Jones were amazing in the film as they were fun and worked well together. The Turtle suits looked amazing in this film and the voice actors voicing them did a great job. Casey and April show that opposites attract. Both April and Casey worked well with the Turtles. Shredder was a good villain too with an interesting story around his character.
The story was fun as it was filled with fun Turtle moments that made the film. The fights were pretty cool to see as the Turtles were just having fun as they were fighting. Interactions between The Turtles, April, and Casey is really what made the film great as they all had amazing chemistry together.
Flaws? Truth is I don't really have any. This was such a fun film. Maybe the ending with Shredder being easily defeated but for it being a 90s film, I guess it's alright.
Overall I loved the film. It is my favorite one in the original Ninja Turtles trilogy. It is a definite must-watch film as its a classic, super fun, and is a film that many love.
