How you feel

Will's Pov
People passed in and out of the room for about an hour doctors came to check up on me it was all sort of a blur
If all went well I should be out of here in three days max
My mom and Jonathan exited the room to talk
To the doctor
"Mike"
"Uh yeah" he had seemed on edge since the last time we spoke
" I...love you too"
He began to smile
He extended his hand and I took his in mine
I began to smile uncontrollably

Two minutes later

The door began to open as I retracted my hand
Blushing madly
The doctor looked at me
"You don't look too beat up although your beet red...I do think you have a concussion and quite a few cuts and bruises but nothing fatal" the doctor added
I gave a small smile
"You should be out in two days would you like your friend to stay if so I can bring him back the blankets"
I looked at Mike
"You can go home if you'd like" I said
"No I'll stay"
The doctor left to retrieve the blankets
Mike walked over to a small radio across the room
And turned up the volume
A new song was playing on the radio
"It says it came out today"he said excitedly
I smiled at him
"Everybody wants to rule the World" the song blasted
"Dance with me Will" he smiled
"Noo I shouldn't"
"Pleeease"
"Fine" I rolled my eyes
I got up attempting to dance I wobbled trying to get up when he took my hand and intertwined mine with both of his
"TURN YOUR BACK ON MOTHER NATURE"the radio blasted
I began to dance barely stable
When I fell forwards quickly wrapping my arms around his neck trying not to injure my self further
He caught me and wrapped his arms around my waist
"NOTHING EVER LAST FOREVER"
"Wanna finish dancing after that I'll let you rest"
"Sure why not?"
He kept his hands around my waist and we began to sway back and fourth
"You know this isn't a slow song right?" I asked
"Oh I know"he smirked
For a moment we stared back and forth at each other like we did once before
He lifted his hand and began to wipe excess blood off of my cheek
"Mike how did I get here?" I asked
" You we're hit by a car on your way home" he said
"No I mean how did I get to the hospital were you the one that found me?"
"...yeah"
"Thank you"
"For what?"he asked
"For always being there even if you aren't always available"
"Will"
"Yeah..."
He paused for a moment before leaning closer to me
By now I could feel his breath on me
He cupped my face in his hands before looking me in the eye
We stayed there for a moment
Before he backed away
"I um I'll be right back" he said and began to scatter hurrying towards the door

Mike's Pov
I hurried out the door
My heart began to flutter
These were feelings I couldn't explain
But I knew I was feeling them
I didn't want to feel them
but I did
And one day I'd have to admit it because it's all I ever feel

Wills Pov
I felt it the back of my neck began to itch
I began to panic Mike had left and I felt it again
It felt like it was coming
I touched the back of my neck but then felt excruciating pain
Maybe it was a false alarm
Hopefully it was a false alarm
But whatever it was I was going to find Mike
