Kyara's pov: When I wake up today I feel better than ever. I'm pretty sure herron got the hint but we'll see how he acts today. I take my phone from the night stand to see a text from Scott which brings a smile to my face .
Scott: good morning babygirl! How did you sleep?💕 Kyara: good morning babe! I slept great! How was your nightrest?💘 Scott: i slept great princess! How was your day yesterday? Kyara: it was good i wrote some stuff and me and jamilia also musically get off so that's fortunate that we can not only just hang but also work together! Scott: happy to hear that baby! Jamilia sounds like a cool girl! Kyara: she most definitely is! I hope you guys can meet when the camp comes to an end! She really wants to meet you and I think you'd get along great! Scott: sounds great! I'll call you tonight but I gotta hurry to practice!! Catch ya later? Kyara: yeah ofcourse! Have fun babe! I love you Scott: thanks baby! I love you too❤️
That conversation gave me all the strength I need today. I'm levelheaded again. I have Scott, I have my music, I have Jamilia and I'm staying on this path. Nothing will distract me. Not a single thing or person can get to me now.
I get up and get ready for today. When I'm freshed up and dressed, Jamilia and I make our way to the main building for breakfast. As we enter I see that we're on time to get the good food which is good because I'm so freakin hungry. I fill my plate and go sit down at our normal spot at the table. I get in my conversation with Jamilia about our favorite artists and don't even notice the rest of the group sitting down. Until we get interrupted by an excited voice coming from my right. Zach. To my suprise he just greets us and then casually starts a conversation with Louis. Well that's exactly what I want but I'm surprised it actually was that easy for him to take the hint. My thoughts get interrupted by Katie asking for everyone's attention. She goes on to explain that we have a big performance coming up at a party she is going to devide us in pairs and we have to write a song and then perform it at the party. "The groups are: Jamilia and Louis, kaylee and Jacob, Harvey and Cheryl, kyara and Zach." Wait what did she say? Me and Zach?? No not now please no. Okay kyara you can do this it's no big deal your working with a friend there's nothing wrong with writting and singing together why is that a big deal? It isn't. Okay good now level your thoughts. Now just keep your head straight and stick to your path.
Zach's pov: When I wake up I'm still kind of confused about what kyara's deal is but I decide not to think about it too much. I get ready for the day and me and Louis make our way to the main building. When we enter we get breakfast and go join the girls at our usual table. I greet them and sit down. I've decided I should give kyara some space I think that's what she wants me to do. So I will because I'm a respectable dude. When I'm in a conversation with Jamilia about the breakfast food, Katie asks for our attention. She explains that we have to write a song and perform it At the party as part of a big performance. We will do it in pairs that they have made for us. She then goes on to devide the pairs. Jamilia gets paired with Louis and some people I haven't spoken to and then my name gets said " Kyara and Zach" wait what. I mean I'm not complaining but idk how kyara will feel about this. But I mean maybe this will prove we can be friends. But I better behave than, for now. I stand up and make my way over to her. This is going to be good, we're going to be good.
