Chapter 11: trouble maker

Kyara's pov:
I wake up in my bed and check the time. 11:30 shoot it's late. When I realize what day it is and that we don't have a planned day but free time, I relax. Which makes the memories from last night flood my mind. The boys grin, the chemistry on the dancefloor, the feelings I don't want to deal with right now. I decide to get ready so that I can get something to distract me. I take a shower and do my hair and some slight makeup. I decide to wear jeans with a small white top and put a black jacket over it. I remember the performance is tomorow and me and zach need to get some stuff from the mall. I decide to dm him because i don't have his number which never occurred to me before.
Kyara: Hey you wanna go to the city today, to get some stuff for the performance?
I call out for Jamilia to go get breakfast when my phone buzzes.
Zach: Yeah cool wanna go after breakfast?
Kyara: yup! See you there.
"Heyhey I'm here, ready to go?" "Yup! I want foood!" And on that note we make our way to the main building. We sit down and before we know it we're joined by the rest. Everyone is talking about what they're going to do with the free time, most people are going to prep for the performance just like me and Zach. When we finish breakfast, I make my way to the exit when someone gently grabs my arm. "Hey. Where do you want to meet to go to the mall?" "Uhm. I could get my stuff and meet you at your place?" "Okay cool see you in ten?" "Yessir!" I make my way down to my cabin and grab my purse, wallet, phone and my keys to the cabin letting Jamilia now where I'm going and that I don't know when I'll be back yet. And leave to meet up with Zach. When I make it to his cabin he's already waiting for me. "Hey! You ready to go!" "Yep let's roll!" We go and walk to the mall seeing it's only a 20 minute walk and we have all the time in the world right now. "Where should we look for stuff? What do we even need?" "Technically we don't need anything because we have your guitar and our voices and that's basically all we need. Excluding mics and stuff but they have that at the camp!" "So what did you want to get?" He laughs. "Clothes. And food." And I wanted an excuse to hang out with you but I'm never going to admit that. "Okay. Where do you want to go get clothes?" "I don't know. Maybe.. Urban Outfitters?" "Sound like a plan!" We make our way to urban and I start looking around at the clothes. When I see a sick sleeveless shirt. It's black and it has an eagle on it with fire lined around it. It's a little  edgier than what I'd normally perform in but it's so cool I take it with me. I look further and find a pair of black pants. This is it, just need to check if they fit and find Zach. "Zach!" "Yeah?!" I hear coming from behind the shoe rack. I walk over and see Zach looking at all the sneakers. He looks up and gives me and adorable little half smile. "What? These are dope okay!" He says. I can't help but laugh at the expression on his face. "What are you laughing at?" "Nothing you're just being stupid. I have an outfit, just need to try it on. How about you?" Oh yeah I have a jacket but that's all I need." "Okay I'm going to try this on. Are you coming with or are you staying here with the shoes?" "No no I'm on my way!" I try on the clothes and Zach tells me he think it looks great and I agree. He tries on his almost destroying the changing-room in the process. And I can't stop laughing when he trips and accidentally take the curtain down with him. We than almost get kicked out so we pay for the clothes and leave the store. We then go to the foodcourt to get something to eat. Which we also almost get kicked out of because Zach tried to start a food-fight with me. And I don't lose. We then make our way back and my body physically hurts from laughter. "You're such an idiot!" I say "Me an idiot? No mam I'm an entertainer!" He says and then makes a little bow. "It was my pleasure to entertain you for the day!" That sends me of and I laugh so hard I can't even breath. When we arrive at the campsite I'm completely convinced that he is the funniest person I've met in my life. I'm grateful that I met him.

Zach's pov:
Knowing I have the day off from writing I sleep in. I wake up when I hear my phone buzz. It's a dm from Kyara asking me if I want to go to the mall to get some stuff for the performance. I answer telling her that I'm cool with it and ask her if she wants to go after breakfast. Hanging out together? Again? I'm hella lucky. At breakfast we talk about the performance and everyone's plans for today. We finish up and I see kyara getting ready to leave so I go and gently grab her arm to get her attention. She turns around and gives me a smile. "Hey. Where do you want to meet to go to the mall?" I ask. "Uhm. I could get my stuff and meet you at your place?" "Okay cool see you in ten?" "Yessir!" I make my way to my cabin at quickly get m stuff waiting for kyara to arrive. Before I know it I see her walking over to my door. I open it before she can even knock.
"Hey! You ready to go!" "Yep let's roll!"
We go and walk to the mall. "Where should we look for stuff? What do we even need?" I ask. "Technically we don't need anything because we have your guitar and our voices and that's basically all we need. Excluding mics and stuff but they have that at the camp!" I'm confused she said we needed stuff but we don't need stuff. Not that I'm complaining"So what did you want to get?" "Clothes. And food." "Okay. Where do you want to go get clothes?" "I don't know. Maybe.. Urban Outfitters?" "Sound like a plan!" We make our way to urban and she starts looking around at the clothes. Fuck she looks gorgeous today. I go look around for some clothes when I see a sick jacket, it's bleu and baggy just my style. I get distracted by a cool pare of sneakers when I hear a familiar voice. "Zach!" "Yeah?!" I half yell. Kyara appears from the other side of the rack. She looks at me with a questioning expression on her face. "What? These are dope okay!" I say in my defense . Then she bursts out in laughter. "What are you laughing at?" "Nothing you're just being stupid. I have an outfit, just need to try it on. How about you?" "Oh yeah I have a jacket but that's all I need." "Okay I'm going to try this on. Are you coming with or are you staying here with the shoes?" "No no I'm on my way!" I quickly put away the shoes and follow her to the dressingroom. She changes and comes in out looking drop dead gorgeous like always. I try on mine but almost destroy the dressingroom in the process. I fall over but the curtain breaks my fall for a second before falling down onto my head. We quickly pay before we get kicked out and go get some food. I jokingly start a food-fight which also gets us close to getting kicked out. And I take all the time I can get to enjoy my favorite sound in the world, kyara's laugh. "You're such an idiot!" She tells me."Me an idiot? No mam I'm an entertainer!" I says and then make a little bow. "It was my pleasure to entertain you for the day!" I say. Which only makes her laugh harder. When we arrive at the campsite I silently wish the day could go on forever. I realize she might be my favorite person ever and smile to myself.
