Chapter 8: fine line

Kyara's pov:
Me and Zach decide we have to start writing as soon as possible so we pick up my writing stuff go and look for a good writing spot. We explore the campsite until we find a little abandoned shack at the beach where we decide to sit down. I take out all my stuff and we start. "So how do you normally start when you write a song?" I ask Zach. "Well I normally start with the idea what I want the song to be about. And then I just start writing lyrics from there." " okay what do we do for the music part do you play any instruments?"
"Yeah I play guitar." "Cool that could help us with writing the music." "So what should the song be about?" He asks. I look up in thought and notice Zach isn't even trying to make eye-contact with me. Is it just me or is Herron being shy right now? "Well we could write about love that's an easy topic I Geus or we could write about I don't know our dreams or something?" He looks up and finally makes eye-contact, I was almost starting to think something was wrong with him. "A love song sounds like a good idea to me. What type of love song would you want to write?" "What about an unexpected love. Someone who was perfectly happy with their life and maybe their relationship but then there came a person who completely threw them of track?" What am I doing? I'm not speaking out of experience it's just a song idea. Thoughts straight now! "Sounds good, I know how that feels. That could be a good song."
"Okay let's write this thing!"

Zach's pov:
Kyara said we should start writting as soon as posible so now we're looking for a place where we can write. I'm not complaining if it means that i get to spend more time with her. We sit down at this abandoned place that we found and kyara starts to put down her stuff. "So how do you normally write a song?" She asks me. How do I normally write a song? Uhm come on give her an answer Zach come on!! "Well I normally start with the idea what I want the song to be about. And then I just start writing lyrics from there."
Okay that's a full sentence great. "Okay what do we do for the music part? Do you play any instruments?" "Yeah I play guitar." "Cool that could help us writing the music." She looks so beautiful when she's trying to focus. "So what should the song be about?" I know what I would want to write it about but I don't want her to know what I'm thinking so let's act like I don't have any ideas. I can't even look her in the eye without making my thoughts too obvious. "Well we could write about love that's an easy topic I Geus or we could write about I don't know our dreams or something?" I snap myself out of my mind and make eye-contact. "A love song sounds like a good idea to me. What type of love song would you want to write?" I hope I can write one without catching too many feelings tho. What am I thinking, I can do this. "What about an unexpected love. Someone who was perfectly happy with their life and maybe their relationship but then there came a person who completely threw them of track?" Why is she basically explaining my feelings for her except I'm single, but I was happily single until her. "Sounds good, I know how that feels. That could be a good song." Yeah a good song that literally exposes all your freaking feelings right now dumbass! Stay cool, stay cool.
"Okay let's write this thing!"
