Backstory: Evan was born the youngest and last child of the Bauer family. Given his intense age gap from his older siblings, he's always been the baby of the family. As he's grown older, he desperately has tried to act mature. Evan isn't fond of being coddled by his parents and older siblings. However, he does know he's loved and perhaps that makes up for it. Evan is definitely a mama's boy, even if he won't admit it. Nothing against his father, but he's just always just adored his mother, even when she's been busy running a country alongside his father. There's not much to his life other than a happy childhood and moving towards the upper teenage years.
Personality: Evan is the mischievous child. He's always running around cracking jokes or playing pranks. He can be a bit on the childish side, but this is mainly due to having been coddled as the youngest. Still, he's slowly working towards maturity, if only to break the stigma of being the 'baby'. Evan can be a bit overdramatic and often sensationalizes things. But, he's typically light-hearted and a fun person to be around. The boy is also very trustworthy. Evan's not necessarily a trouble-maker, but he gets away with a lot of stuff. He has a bit of a jealous streak, but he's also trying to work through that. With his head up in the clouds most the time, it's hard to get him into a serious headspace. Though, it's true a lot of his personality still has room to grow and develop as he ages.
