Personality: Nora is probably best summed up as that mom friend™️. She's overprotective of those she cares about and is always looking out for the others. She's mature, responsible, and a voice of honesty, care, and reason. It's hard for her to not act like a parental figure, especially when she was forced to grow up so fast. She's hardly childish, and I'm fact is wise beyond her years. It's almost sad how quickly the girl developed an iron backbone. She's very clever and witty, but most of that is overshadowed by her motherly nature. In fact, a lot of people don't take her seriously. This might be because she's really a softie at heart, someone too pure for the darkness of the world. She's incredibly loyal though, and would die to protect those she has left. She's haunted by her own inner demons but instead of turning cold and calloused, she's only become soft, refusing to succumb to such a fate. She's caring and compassionate, and definitely the kind of person you can confide in. But just because she's a soft baby™️ doesn't mean she can't handle her own. She's determined and holds firm in her beliefs. Nora is also reliable and is always making sure everyone stays in line. She's a complicated character, but she does everything out of goodness, and the morality that she believes in.
Other: She's afraid of the ocean, specifically the harsh currents on the far side of the island. It's what contributed to the death of her brother and best friend who died together in a drowning incident...
How They Feel About the Island: Nora is by no means a fan of the island. However, she's not sure if anyone is ever going to come and save them. Until then, she's too focused on making sure her younger sister and the others don't wind up getting themselves killed.
