"Mang Karding! Lalabas muna ako!" tawag ko sa matanda na nasa loob nang maliit naming tinitirhan. Lumabas sya at sinipat ako nang tingin.

"At saan ka naman pupunta iho? Napakainit pa naman" Tanong niya ng mapansing panglabas ang suot ko ngayon.

"Pupunta muna ako sa tabing dagat" pagpapaalam ko sa kanya.

"Oh sige, basta umuwi ka agad" tumango muna siya bago pumasok uli. Naglakad na ako patungo sa tabing dagat na malapit lang rin naman samin. It has only been two days since we arrived here. Nasa probinsya kami ngayon sa isang isla. I was really serious of getting away and trying to start anew. Di ko rin alam kung bakit, dahil siguro sa sunod-sunod na pangyayari sa buhay ko kaya gusto ko tuloy mag rewind and relax. Besides, I want to move on from Misaki.

Speaking of that woman, okay na kaya siya ngayon? Nakagising na kaya siya? I hope so.

I sighed when I reach my destination. Isla Aguas was really a beautiful place. Simple lang rin ang mga tao dito dahil malayo sila sa kabihasnan at nasanay na rin sila sa ganitong buhay. And it was amazing. Nginitian ko ang mga batang naglalaro kanina sa buhangin at sa mga taong nakasalubong ko na may kanya-kanyang dala. I sighed in content.

Walang gulo, walang usok. Simple lang talaga ang buhay dito. Pero bakit sa kahit anong ulit kong pagrelax dito ay may bumabagabag sa akin? There was peace here. That was all I wanted, right? Then why am I not so happy? Then why am I still thinking of that woman who is the epitomy of danger?

Tinanaw ko ang dagat na walang kasing linaw. I closed my eyes as I inhaled the fresh wind as I tried to relaxed. I let the warm sunlight hit my skin.

I let out a long breath and concentrated. Inhale, Exhale.

"Cross!"

Guni-guni ko lang ba yun? Hindi ko ito pinansin at patuloy parin sa pagpikit nang mata ko.

"Cross!"

Teka parang totoo nato ah. Binuksan ko ang mga mata ko at lumingon sa paligid. Lumaki nangg bahagya ang mata ko nang sa di kalayuan ay nakita ko si Daniel na kumakaway. I blinked twice. It was really him!

"Daniel you're here!" I shouted excitedly.

I smiled broadly cause I miss this moron, but how come he knows I'm here?

Pupuntahan ko sana sya nang tinuro niya ako and shook his finger like I've done something really bad. He even pretended to slit his throat using his finger while he points at me. I frowned. What was that supposed to mean?

Napatigil ako when someone emerged from his back. Nagulat ako nang makita ko si Misaki. What is she doing here? Diba dapat nasa ospital sya?

Her face was showing no emotions as she slowly approaches me. I was dumbfounded when I see her wearing a summer dress, its hem slowly flowing in the wind. She was indeed Misaki. Gorgeous as ever. Nang makalapit siya sakin ay ngumiti siya nang matamis at natapataod nalang ako sa puwesto ko.

"M-Misaki" Damn. I stuttered.

"Cross" her voice sweetly drawls almost making me fall into a trance. She was leaning unto my face and I didn't stop myself from leaning closer to her.

Pero nagising ako dahil sa malutong niyang pagsampal sa akin.

"Gago ka ba? Why did you leave me?" She growled as I flinched back. I cupped my stinging cheek dahil mahapdi.
Muntik na ngang tumulo ang luha ko. I swear.

"M-Misaki, I'm sorry" yun lang ang nasabi ko but she was having none of it.

"Curse you! Tang*na ka!" she raged at dahil sa takot ay napatakbo ako just when she raised her hand to hit me again. Ayoko pang mamatay. I thought leaving her was a wise desicion. But I now I know it just isn't.

"And where are you going you bastard? You are so dead!" habol niya sakin habang tumatakbo kami. I looked behind and almost shouted in fright nang makitang ang lapit na niya sakin. I forgot she was a well trained agent.

"Misaki! No!"

Inambahan niya ako kaya natumba ako kasama siya. She was on top of me, straddling my back as she keeps on raining punches on me.

"Ouch! Sakit!" sigaw ko nalang kada palo niya. I tried to cover my head but to no avail.

"Bwesit ka Cross!" suntok.

"Iniwan mo ako!" suntok.

"You left without even saying a proper goodbye!" suntok.

"You idiot!"

"Paano mo nagawa sakin yun?"

"Paano mo nagawa akong iwan!"

Napatingin ako sa kanya nang maramdamang parang humina ang mga suntok niya. I was shocked to see her already crying. Tumutulo ang mga luha niya sakin.I shifted and sat down. Inalo ko siya. I was surprised to see her cry. Never had I seen her cry. And I felt stupid for making her feel like this.

"Misaki, I'm so sorry I thought it was for the best" I honestly say as I wiped her tears using my hand. That earned me another punch from her. And I deserve it.

"Well, you thought wrong Cross" she snapped. I bit my lip hard. This was my fault.

"I hate you" sambit niya. I looked down. I deserved to be hated by her because I hurt her.

"I hate that I can't hate you"

Napaangat ang tingin ko sa sinabi niya.

"I love you Cross, I hope you realize that"

My eyes widened in surprise.

"Really?" I stupidly ask.

She nodded and I immediately hugged her, relishing her presence.

"I'm sorry if I didn't say all of that in person" Pagpapaalam ko sa kanya habang nakayakap pa rin.

"I'm sorry if it took too long for me to realize it also" sambit niya. We both chuckled.

Matapos nang ilang sandali ay kumalas ako at tumingin sa kanya.

"But how about Daniel?" naiilang kong tanong. I can't just destroy the bro code.

"He's okay with us. Siya nga ang nagsabi na sundan kita" she smiled. Napatingin naman ako sa bandang likod namin. Sa di kalayuan I can see him smiling and holding his thumbs up while smiling broadly.

"I'm glad you're here" I say as I took her hand. I engulfed her into a hug once more. I couldn't ask for more. With her, I feel complete.

"I love you, Agent M" I whispered on her ear. I felt her frozen under our hug. Tinignan ko siya and she was blushing. She tried to cover her cheeks but I pried it away and she was furiously blushing deeper.

"Kinikilig ka ba Agent M?" I teased and she tried her best to glare at me. But she was puffing her cheeks and she was just too cute I can't help but laugh.

"Hindi ah. Stop laughing" she dismissed and looked away. Ngumiti ako nang malapad nang mapagtantong tama ako. I peeked at her face to see she was still blushing.

"No, you are" I hugged her from behind and she squealed as I lift her into the air. Her melodious laugh flowed through the air like music. Hinarap niya ako and stared into my eyes.

"Cross" she paused and I waited. "I love you too"

Muntik na akong mapasigaw sa tuwa sa I hugged her again. God, I could hug her millions more and I wouldn't even get tired of it.

"Really?" paninigurado ko pa.

"Oo nga, sira" tawa niya. Hindi masukat ang tuwa ko ngayon. I sighed as I hugged her tightly.

"But remember Cross," biglaan niyang sambit habang nakayakap parin kami.

"Cheat on me and I'll cut your manhood off"
