Part 16

Peter's pov

I just got home from school and decided to go check on the others. I've convinced everyone to watch Stranger Things because it was my favorite show, so I wanted to see how far they got. I walked out of the elevator and everyone was yelling.

"Team Jancy!" Clint yelled along with Bucky

"Stancy all the way, he is misunderstood" Nat yelled back

"Everyone knows Jancy is endgame" Wanda said

"Personally, I think Steve would've been better with Nancy. Natasha is right! He was misunderstood and you saw him with Dustin. He was protective and would do anything for her. Nancy never should've dumped him" Rhodey said agreeing with Nat

"Um...guys?" I asked the group, and I was met with various greetings

"Hey Peter. How was school?" Nat asked me

"Good. I have a decathlon meet tomorrow, but besides that, it was pretty normal. What about you guys? You must've finished season two" I told them placing my bag down and taking a seat next to Wanda

She put her arm around my shoulders and pulled me in for a small hug. I could smell her sweet perfume as I hugged her back. Wanda was one of my best friends, so she always hugged me at least once a day. It was something I always looked forward to.

"Yeah and they don't like that Nancy and Jonathan are going to end up together, what do you think?" Wanda asked pulling away from me

"I don't want to get involved in your argument. The relationships are not the main focus of the show"

"We know that. The mind flayer is a real bitch. I mean Will went through hell this season. I'm glad that Eleven came back and defeated it" Bucky said excitedly

"What about Joyce! She lost Bob" Uncle Rhodey said pretending to wipe tears away

"Yeah that was sad" Clint whispered

"Just sad, you were practically bawling your eyes out when he died" Uncle Rhodey said and I started laughing

"He was a great character and deserved better. We are getting off topic! Who do you think Nancy belongs with?" Clint asked and they all looked at me again

"Well I'm not giving my opinion because I love Steve with Nancy, but Nancy and Jonathan seem so right for each other. Besides there will be a third season, so we can find out then" I explained to them not wanting to give my opinion, I hated being put on the spot

"But if you absolutely had to pick, you would pick Jancy. Right?" Wanda asked me once again

I looked at her and I couldn't help but gaze at her. Her eyes sparkled with happiness and I could feel the butterflies start to appear in my stomach. I loved when she looked at me like that. It was hard to deny her anything when she looked at me like that.

"Of course I agree with you. I mean....team Jancy all the way. Team Stancy is stupid" I told them without taking my eyes off her

"Of course he sided with Wanda. I thought you weren't giving your opinion" Nat complained teasingly

"Well I changed my mind. People can do that" I told her ignoring the smiles from the rest of the team, I didn't even do anything

She just shook her head and continued to argue with the rest of the group. I said goodbye to Wanda and I made my way upstairs to dads lab. He wanted me in the lab to test out the new prototype Stark phones today.

"Well if it isn't my brilliant son. How was practice today? You ready for tomorrow?" He asked looking at his hologram

"Yeah. I really hope we win. You're going to be there right?" I asked him
