It was a warm afternoon in Tampa, Florida. The sun was a nice touch after all those dark, gloomy months during the winter. For some people every new day would bring excitement, for others they would always be the same. One man out of all took a different approach to go through each day. That man was Y/N L/N who has been out of action for six months due to a broken leg. He injured himself in his last televised match which happened to be a ladder match out of all things. The ladder was pushed hard enough to fall and Y/N fell with it.

Ever since that day, he had to step away from the ring to fully recover and heal out his injury as best as possible. That was why Y/N was carefully walking around a local gym to begin his workout. Every step was still somewhat painful to take, even if he didn't put much pressure on the leg. The coaches and doctors watched closely as the young man began his routine. Being a wrestler was a feat for sure. Constant travel, being on the road, going through physical pain each night. Not everyone was made for that life, but it was amazing nonetheless. The fans made it worth the time every time these people stepped into the ring or took the time for Meet&Greets, even the interviews were a lot of fun most of the time because they made the fans connect with the person behind the gimmick. In Y/N's eyes, there was nothing better in the world. He worked a lot harder than before to be ready for his return. Co-workers and friends alike have kept in touch with him to see what progress he made throughout each week and it looked like he did better with every passing day. He had to overcome the mountain that was in front of him.

Y/N:" I'm not giving up. A broken leg is nothing compared to a broken past."

These words caused Y/N to amp himself up even more as he pushed the limits he set for himself. The strain the man would put himself through was part of the grind and the reason he wanted to show the entire world what he was capable of.
