This is what I wake up to every year on my birthday. A video message from this psycho.
I laughed out loud and wiped a tear from my eye as I tapped my phone to FaceTime her.
"My precious Willow, happy birthday babyyyy! She's beauty, she's grace, she's 23 today. I love you!" She sang as soon as she picked up.
"Thanks boo." I cheesed into the camera.
"We're all on our way over now, so wake that ass up."
"Bitch I'm up, I'm up..the fuck?" I rapped and danced a little bit.
"See you soon, Willz." She kissed the phone and hung up.
It's finally my birthday and we had a lot planned for the day.
First the girls will be coming over and we'll get ready for lunch with family and friends, then we're going to spend time getting Onyx decorated and sorted out for tonight. Finally, we would get all done up for the the party tonight.
I replied to some birthday wishes for a while before attempting to get up and out of bed.
As soon as I sat up, and looked down for my slippers, I saw a note that read "get up and I'll bite you.

Smiling big and propping my pillows up so I could properly sit up and get comfortable in the bed, the sweet smell of coffee came through my door.
A few minutes later, Dave walked in with a tray decorated with flowers and balloons.
All my favorite breakfast foods, iced coffee and apple juice crowded the surface. In the very corner was a jewelry box.
"Happy birthday, love." He smiled and kissed my lips.
"Baby, thank you so much. This is so cute! I love it." I cheesed trying not to let the tears forming in my eyes fall.
Being extra emotional today I guess.
"This is only the beginning, ma. Eat up and open that for me." He gestured toward the tray.
I picked up the purple glitter wrapped box and loosened up the bow tied around it. Neatly tearing off the wrapping paper, I opened it up to find a gold dainty chain with a 'D' as a pendant.
