She cannot be dead.

I looked at her again and noticed that one of her tails was sticking out a little under the covers.

The green glow was gone.

Wait a moment. 

She said that she keeps her body alive with some kind of energy.

I know how her energy is structured so I could replicate it.

I took her hand and redirected my replicated energy into her.

At least it's worth trying.

At first nothing happend.

Y / N: 'Everything is futile ...'

Then a slight glimmer came back into her tails.

It worked?

She still didn't move.

I took her hand again,it slowly gets warmer.

Y / N: 'She's alive!'

I felt tears of joy running down my cheeks.

Y / N: 'Finally I can see you again!'

I heard her slow breathing .

Y / N: 'I'll wait here until you wake up.'

I felt tired.

I have to stay awake.

After a while she moved a little.

I was holding her hand.

Y / N: 'Please wake up.'

She slowly opened her eyes and looked at me.

Y / N: 'You are awake.'

A: 'Y / N'

Y / N: 'Yes, Ayuki.'

Y / N: 'I thought you were going to die, I thought you had left me ... (starts crying.)'

She puts her arms on my shoulders and pulled me into a soft embrace.

This feeling of safety I've been searching for this for my whole life.

She made room in her bed and laid me next to her.

She covered me and hugged me gently.

I can rest now.

I closed my eyes and enjoyed the warmth that was slowly spreading again in my heart, then I fell in a deep sleep.

I woke up a few hours later and was alone in the infirmary.

I left the infirmary to look for Ayuki.

A: 'If you want, you are welcome to cuddle with them.'I hugged her from behind and buried my face in her fluffy tails in front of me.

She giggled.

A: 'You are so cute.'

A: 'My tails are only so fluffy because you brushed them for me.'

Y / N: 'Then I'll brush them more often for you'

We closed our eyes and enjoyed the moment.
