A whole year! I am so sorry to anyone who is still reading or was waiting on a new chapter. The events of last year changed my life in a few ways and writing was one of the things that I just never got back to. And then this year happened...I hope you're all doing okay, and hanging in there. Just remember that there is another side to all of this mess and that it won't last forever. ❤
I wanted to tell you all that I'm working on this story again and that I'll have a new chapter up soon (hopefully by next week, although it might take a couple weeks for me to resume a normal schedule). I desperately need to escape in writing, especially since my job is one I can't do from home and I'm anxious every time I have to leave the house...distractions are keeping people sane right now! And I hope that this story will serve as a distraction for you, if just for a short while, to give your mind and spirit a little rest from everything. Thank you so much to everyone who was reading this past year and to everyone who left the sweetest, most encouraging messages, and to everyone who still follows this story after all this time. Thank you, thank you so much. Rereading your comments has been a bright spot for me lately, and made me realize how much I want to finish this story, like I promised I would.
