I just simply adore how they made Kurt a stereotypical emo in the "5 years later" scenario at the end of the show without even knowing it.

^ Here is the average appearance of a thriving stereotypical e-boy

^ And here's Kurt

Let's note the similarities.

1) One, the hair. It's untidy, kinda short, and middle parted.

2) Two, the freaking stripes. His pants are striped—that's emo.

3) Three, he's wearing black. Also quite emo.

4) Four, he has a tattoo. Though we can't see it, we must not forget "It's got Bette Midler" is permanently inscribed on his shoulder/back.

5) Five, he had piercings. Well, technically only one, but a piercing nonetheless.

6) Six, collars. He like shirt collar-things and that's okay. It's also emo.

Ummm I rest my case?? Eboy Kurt for the win

Also I would like to confirm that I have nothing wrong with emo people 🥺 I was just comparing his physical appearance to that of a stereotypical eboy. I am not saying there is anything wrong or unusual about them.
