Chapter 1

Ximena Pov:

Before I go on about my day let me introduce to myself. Hi I'm Ximena (he men ah) Martinez and i live in LA with both of my parents including my 3 younger siblings so yes that does make me the oldest. Eli is the middle child and he just turned 12 and the other two are twins Michelle and Xavier they'll be turning 4 next week. Umm I guess that's all I really don't know what else to say. Forgot to mention I'm a junior in highschool (so are the boys)

I got up in the morning and got ready for school which I hate but honestly I only go just to see my best friend Catalina. We've been best friends since kindergarten. After getting ready I went downstairs to join my family for breakfast and sat across from Eli while Michelle sat next to me. Honestly Michelle is my favorite but then again they all my favorites it's just depends on my mood.

"Ximena what are you plans after school" my mom asked me while I was stuffing pancakes into my mouth. I waited couple seconds to finally swallow it so I could answer her

"Oh umm I was gonna catch up on some work I'm sort of failing a class" I said and my dad just shook his head

"Well I was gonna take the kids to grandmas but you make sure you catch up on some work and you better pick up that grade before I pull up to your school and make sure your not goofing around" I just nodded and continued to finish eating my breakfast.

After I was done eating I got up and grabbed my things for school and let Eli know that we're leaving since I'm the one who drops him off at school. I told my parents bye and walked out the door and got in my car. It's a 2017 bmw 5 series I got it for my 16 birthday since I didn't wanna have a party my parents bought me a car and I'm really grateful for all of the things they do for us.

While I was driving to Eli's school the ride was silent I mean I did have the radio on but the volume was low.

"Hey Ximena can I ask you something?" Eli asked me while I was focusing on the road

"What's up"

"Why are you so ugly" I looked at him and flipped him off

"You a whole bitch for that" I tell him

"Why did you get fired from your last job? I mean didn't you love working there?" He asked me

I sighed "I wish I can tell you why but there's sometime where I have to keep things to myself" I pulled up to his school "have a good day and I'll see you when you guys get back home love you" I tell him while he got out of my car. Eli rolled his eye at me he hates it when I tell him love you at school he gets so embarrassed

10 minutes later I finally arrived to my school and found a good parking spot so I parked it there. I got out and made sure I locked my car. I started walking inside and heard somebody calling my name I turned around and saw my best friend

"Bitch you'll never believe what just happened" she tells me all excited boy does she loves to gossip

"What happened" we walked up to my locker so I can get my textbooks out

"From what I heard Zions single again" she tells me

"And I care why?" I cross my arm and looked at her

"Idk just thought you should know I mean after all you guys did dated freshman through sophomore year and half of junior year but I mean hey I believe you when you say you moved on but something tells me that both of y'all are lying" she tells me I and I shook my head. I love her and all but I don't think I could ever talk to him again.

Throughout the whole day class was boring nothing new. The day was finally over I just wanna be in my bed already. While walking out to my car I felt someone eyes on me. I got in my car and started to drive away first I had to stop and run some errands. Took about 2 hours I don't mind running errands for my parents but like I never knew being an adult is so hard and I hate it. I stop by to grab some food and started to head my way back home. Suddenly I felt one of my tires going flat so I pulled over and got out to check and looks like I was right but I don't know how to change the tire.

I was going through my contact list on who to call since no one don't wanna pick up and I can't call my dad since they're at my grandmas and she lives like an hour and a half away. I scrolled to the very end and I forgot I still had Zions number saved. I sighed and texted him even though I'm hate myself for it later but ya girl needs help

Ximena:

Ximena:

Oh sorry everything got deleted
on my phone and I didn't backup
my shit. So what's up what you

Haha funny story well
I got a flat tire and I don't
know how to change it

I mean I'm kind of busy here
but I'll go and help you out

If your busy then you don't
have to I'm sure I can find

After 5 minutes he finally pulls up. He parked his car and got out I was sitting on the concrete and got up

"Tf took you so long I could of died out here" I tell him

"Good maybe you could stop complaining when I'm literally trying to help you" I turned around and mocked him and sat back down and waited till he finished

Surprisingly it didn't even took him that long I got up and thanked him and I started to laugh when I notice he got a hickey on his neck

"What's so funny short stack"

"Uhh you know you got something over here" I pointed to his neck and he pulled his phone to see

"Fuck my mom is literally going to kill me" he keeps looking at it while I keep on laughing

"So should I say some nice words for you at your funeral or??" I keep on joking only to get on his nerves

"Shut up and help me get rid of this since you do that cap thingy to get rid of them whenever I gave you some"

"Uh no I'm going home" I turned around and grabbed my arm so I could turn to face him and I pulled away from him and gave him a dirty look

"Dude I literally helped you out just come on" I sighed and grabbed my makeup bag that I had in the car and took out one of my lip stick cap and told him to sit down.

"Okay all done it should be gone in a few days just cover it up with something I guess" I rolled my eyes

We both got up at the same time and went separate ways. I finally arrived home and cleaned up the house a little until my parents come back home. In the meantime I started to do my homework And eventually passed out
