When I woke up this morning I got up and did my morning routine. I went downstairs to join my family for breakfast. Everybody was talking except me I was just in my thoughts.
My mom was waving her hand in front of me to catch my attention
"I swear Caleb you're always zone out" she shook her head and I shrugged
"I'm sorry did I miss something??" I asked her
"Yes I asked if you and Eom could go to the store and buy soda and chips for the kickback" she stood up to put her plate away
"What kickback?" I asked her confused
"Uhh that one I'm planning with Catherine" (Ximena mom)
"Oh can I invite my girlfriend then" it's gonna he weird
"No offense but thats really disrespectful Zion how you gonna do Ximena dirty but take your new girl toy to her house" Kekeli rolled her eyes at me "if you don't like it then don't go" she added
"Umm no he's going and no you can't take your new girlfriend and that's final so your gonna Have to suck it up but from what I heard most of your friends might be there" she handed me some money to go to the store for her.
I went up to my room and changed real quick and went downstairs. Elom was waiting in the car already. I started to drive to the store and Of course Elom had to start asking me questions
"So your dating some one new? Isn't she like 10th so far" he joked I shook my head
"Haha very funny" I said it in sarcastic way
"No really though you do realize you must be the dumbest person I ever know to let her go just like that or even try to make things right but nope your too stubborn to realize you had a whole ass baddie instead of those nasty ass skanks you've been hooking up with" he put his hand up and waited till I parked the car to get out
"Omg can you just shut the fuck up for once" I rolled my eyes and got out the car. I made sure to lock it and went in to get what my mom asked for. After we were done we got home and I started to get ready. After I was done I checked my phone and notice I had a message from my girl.

Zion: My mom wants to spend some Time with the family
My girl 😍🤤: Damn that's too bad wanted To see if you wanted to hang out I don't wanna be home alone lol Oh well have fun with your Family I guess

My girl 😍🤤: I just wanted to spend some time With you that's all
Zion: I was with you all day yesterday
My girl 😍🤤: You know what I don't wanna Argue with you just forget I said Anything
Zion: Nah you wanted to say something So say it
My girl 😍🤤: Everyday when your at school I Have to hear about how your 'Guy friends' hang out with your Ex but you still hang out with all of Them including her and I just don't Wanna lose you that's all
Zion: Just because my group hangs out With her and her crazy ass bestfriend Doesn't mean you gonna lose me. I want You only you
My girl 😍🤤: Do you promise??
Zion: Yes I promise. I'll text you Later tonight ma
My girl 😍🤤: Well if you get bored you Know where I'll be 🥵
I put my phone down. Yeah maybe it's best if I didn't tell her cause who knows what's gonna happen next. My mom called me down so we could leave already. If some shit went down and I die can somebody please let Simba know that I love him very much.

I was out in the backyard with Brandon and Nick just having a normal conversation. Catalina and Samantha was on their way. So looks like Brandon and Samantha are going out on a date next week. I'm so excited for them. Nick has been talking to some girl that Catalina helped. Yeah at the party she was Nick wing woman. I saw Mandy, Kekeli, and Elom just got here so I got up to greet them.
"Is that my girl" I yell out to Kekeli she saw me and smiled and gave me a hug
"It's been so long what have you been up to?" She asked me
"Oh you know just trying to stay out of trouble but I heard you got into your dream college congratulations I'm proud of you" I smiled at her
"Ah thank you I'm really excited for next fall but where at the drinks?" She asked and told her it's in the kitchen I gave Elom a hug and Mandy as well. Eventually Zion and his dad walked in carrying the drinks and chips. I smiled at his dad and waved at him he did in return and I walked away and sat down with the boys.
"So like is this gonna be weird or??" Nick asked
"I mean it shouldn't be as long as he doesn't talk to me then I'm fine" they both nodded. A few moments later Austin, Hailey, Catalina, Edwin, and Samantha arrived. They came with their family as well. I just love how our family get along with the others. We decided to go chill in the basement. It's basically like a second living room but with bigger space.
We were playing games and having fun. While Catalina and I was playing pool with Brandon and Nick. Through out the whole day we spent most of the time in the basement chillin in there. Zion sort of ruined the whole mood most of the time. Wish he wasn't there but oh well we got the same friends anyways so I have to suck it up.
