While I was at school I was in my 6th hour and one more class and I'm done for the week. I was on my phone since we have a sub and we were watching lame movie. My grandpa texted me and I got excited

I was waiting till school was over. Once it hit 3pm I have never zoomed out of school so fast that's how you know I was so exited. From my house to school takes about 20 minutes depending on which road I take I try to take the shortcut. When I pulled up in the drive way I see my grandparents getting out of the car I got out of the car jumping up and down I ran up to them and gave them the biggest hug.
"I missed you so much" I tell them
"Okay Ximena don't be dramatic we saw you last week" my grandma was trying to pull away
"I know but I just miss you guys that's all" I let go and shrugged. I helped them carry their stuff to the guest bedroom. I waited for my grandpa in the living room. He nodded at me to get up and go.
We first stop to eat tacos which I absolutely love. I ordered 4 tacos de pastor with horchata. My grandpa got 5 tacos de lengua with horchata as well. I personally think lengua is gross but I mean you do you grandpa.
After we finish eating we went to the mall to buy the twins something. My grandpa wanted to get my grandma a Gucci purse saying she deserves it. That's why he's been working so hard so he could made some extra cash. I find my grandparents relationship adorable. They met in Mexico at the age of 15 fell in love at 18 they both came to the U.S at 20 to start a new life. They had my dad and my two tia's. They came here so they could give their kids a better life. I was the first grandchild from my dad side of the family.
After leaving the Gucci store my grandpa couldn't stop smiling and exited to see my grandma reaction. He also got my mom one too. My mom works in the medical field so that means she's really busy and has to much plate on her hand but yet she find time to spend time with her family. Before heading home my grandpa stop at a flower shop he got off and I stayed in his truck. He came back out with 3 bouquet of roses. One was red, the other one was pink, and the last one was blue.
"El rojo es pa tu mamá, Rosita es pa tu abuela, y el azul es pa ti como te gustas el color azul" (the red one is for your mom, the pink is for your grandma, and the blue is for you since you like the color blue) I smiled at him and thanked him. My favorite color is blue and this is the sweetest anyone has done for me in a while. I took a picture and post it on my insta story

We walked in and he told my mom and grandma to sit and close their eyes. He handed both of them the gifts and they opened their eyes and cried a little.
You could tell my grandma was happy even though she said he didn't have to but she was grateful for it. My mom thanked him. Another thing I haven't mentioned my mom got pregnant at 17 and my mom parents weren't happy about it at first so they kicked her out and my dad parents took her in until both of my parents were able to get their own place they didn't move out until they turned 22. Even though we don't visit my mom side of the family that much because they live 8 hours away but she forgive them.
One thing that my mom has taught me you can forgive people but never forget even if their in the right or wrong. There's a reason why we get taught those lessons for the future and I live by that.
My mom and grandma made dinner and we sat at the table said our prayer and ate. We played loteria and called it a night.
I went to my room to go sleep and laid down in my bed scrolling on through Instagram when some random girl texted me and then I looked through her account i realized it was Zions girl. I laughed

I took a screenshot and sent it to Catalina and she FaceTimed me laughing. I also sent it to Nick and added him on the call and he started to laugh as well. The rest of the night I was on the phone with them planning on what we should wear for tomorrow. Nick hung up cause his mom started to yell at me telling him to go to bed. Catalina snuck out of the house to get food but she picked me up first. We didn't even get home till 5am. I went to bed at 6 but I have to get up at 9.
