“Do I smell tea?” Oikawa asked walking in the kitchen. He loved tea, especially in the morning to freshen up.
“Morning Oikawa,” Yahaba said. When he had woken up, Oikawa had ran around annoying the rest of the team. But Mattsun had thrown a slipper again, and this time he didn’t miss.
“Morning,” Oikawa walked over and sat next to Yahaba. “Can I have some tea?”
“Sure.” Y/n began to prepare another cup of tea. There sure were some fresh people around the place.
“Got something stronger?” Iwaizumi asked coming over next to Oikawa. Oikawa had dragged him out of bed, because he didn’t want to start the day alone. If Iwaizumi could have chosen, he had stayed in bed, as long as he could.
“For your own good, I hope you mean coffee,” Y/n giggled, as she prepared some coffee. Honestly she didn’t care, if it was coffee or alcohol that he asked for. Since she had tried both. She had sipped from different of her mom's drinks, not that she liked it.
“Yeah I mean coffee,” Iwaizumi replied. Just his voice sounded so tired, not to talk about his look. His hair was messy, and he had bags under his eyes.
“Why are you giving her extra work Iwa-chan?” Oikawa pouted. “Just take some tea.”
“Unlike your weak ass, that can’t even handle milk coffee, I like coffee,” Iwaizumi replied. (Guys this is cannon! Oikawa can’t handle milk coffee!) He needed his coffee to wake up, especially now that Oikawa dragged him out of bed.
“Hey, I don’t like coffee either!” Y/n exclaimed. She wasn’t mad or annoyed, even though she have might seemed like it.
“Sorry I didn’t mean to insult you.” Iwaizumi was worried, that Y/n was gonna be mad for a second, before he felt, that it was okay.
“It’s fine.” Y/n gave Oikawa his tea. “Us weak asses can just go enjoy a hot choco some time.” Did she joke? Maybe. Maybe not.
Oikawa smiled. “When?” Even though he had just met Y/n, he felt like, she was a good person, and a great conversationalist. He wouldn’t mind going out to drink some choco some time.
“Don’t encourage him,” Iwaizumi said tired. He couldn’t deal with, how Oikawa would be, if he got attention from a girl, that wasn’t in his fan club. Just the thought of Oikawa with a self-confidence boost made him tired. Oikawa didn’t lack self-confidence. Y/n giggled, as she poured his coffee in a cub.
“Coffee.” Kenma came walking in the kitchen like a zombie. His hair was a bit messy, but Y/n couldn’t really see, how his hair could be really messy.
“Morning Kenma.” Y/n immediately poured made another cup of coffee and gave it to Kenma. He took the cup and walked over in a corner and found his PSP. Y/n immediately began to wonder, what made the boy wake up. She could easily see him pull an all-nighter, but not wake up early.
“Looks like people are waking up. How long till the dinner hall is filled? 30 minutes?” Y/n said. “What do people drink in the morning?” From her experience, in a group this big, there must be a lot of different tastes.
“I know Tobio-chan drinks milk,” Oikawa said. The milk part helped, but Y/n didn’t know who Tobio was.
“Tea, coffee and milk,” Yahaba replied cutting it out short. That was the answer she wanted. She didn’t need to know, who drank what. Not yet. She only needed to know what they drank.
Y/n nodded, as she began to make big portions of coffee and tea. She slowly began to calculate, how many litters of hot water she might need. But quickly gave up, since he didn’t know, how many people they were.
“You don’t seem to be new to this,” Iwaizumi said, impressed by how easily she worked around in the kitchen.
“I worked at Starbucks in (country),” Y/n answered putting some water over for heating. With the spare time, she had had away from club and friends. She had used to get some money in the pocket. It wasn‘t because, she was running low, it was just nice to have an income.
“You are from (country)?” Oikawa asked. He hadn’t thought someone from there would move to Japan, since the culture was so different.
“Yes.” She hadn’t really expected that question, she thought that it was easy hearable in her accent, but apparently not.
