today was their 2nd anniversary
her and xinlong had been dating for

she's getting ready
putting on her best dress and minimal makeup
when shes done she looks at the time
xinlong was supposed to
pick her up 10 minutes ago
she calls him
he doesnt pick up
five minutes pass
its raining now
after another five minutes
xinlong shows up at her door
drenched in rain
shivering
"oh my gosh babe I'm so sorry
my car got towed
and I couldnt pick you up
i ran here as fast as I could
but it started raining
and..
and...
I'm just..
I'm so sorry"
he says through chattering teeth
y/n's heart broke at this
"it's okay just come in
I still have some of your clothes"
he walks in and she closes the door
she runs up to her room
grabbing his clothes and going back
she hands him the clothes

he takes them in his hands
and goes to the bathroom to change
when he comes out he says
"how about that dinner?
I'll cook!"
she turns to face him
"babe we both know you cant cook."
she laughs
"thanks for offering,
but I think I'll pass.
let me cook, okay?"
"fine."
when she finishes cooking
she sets the table
they sit down ready to eat
then he asks
"can I feed you?
like in those cliché movies?"
he says chuckling
"sure" she laughs along with him
"just be careful please"
"I will"
