i woke to someone on top of me
as my eyes shot open
i realized who it was
"what the fuck?!?!"
i began to struggle underneath him
my step father glared at me
"shut up brat"
he slapped his hand over my mouth
as he continued what he was doing

although he had my mouth covered
i continued to cry out
hoping someone would hear
hoping someone would help
"get o-off of me"
i cry while trying to push him off
but he just laughs

suddenly i hear a noise
behind me my bedroom window opens
my neighbor climbs through
he pushes my step dad off of me
and i curl into a ball immediately
attempting to hide my bare body
"im sorry.." i said quietly

Xinlong pushes my stepfather out
he locks the door and turns to me
"where are your pajamas?"
i shake my head lightly
"mmdirty.." i mumble through tears
he walks over sitting next to me
he reaches over and tries to hug me
but i move over
"i dont want-" i hiccup
"to get you dirty too" i say

"Y/n baby you arent dirty"
he moves over again
but i move again
"shower.." i mumble
i try to stand up
fully wrapped in sheets
i stumble over
Xinlong tries to help again
but i look at him pleadingly
"you'll get dirty..no.."
i walk into the bathroom
and shut the door

i get in the shower
turning on the the water
i scrub at the skin as hard as i can
but it still feels
as if im covered in dirt

i turn the water even hotter
it feels like its burning my skin off
but the dirt is still there
i scratch and scrub
tears run down my cheeks
but im startled as i hear a knock
the door opens
"y/n..? youve been in here awhile.."
Xinlongs voice sounds
"are you alright?"

my lip trembles as i let out a loud cry
"it hurts.." i sob
"the dirt.. its everywhere.."
i scrape at my skin making it red
"it wont come off.. Xinlong help.."

Xinlong sighs
"baby.. is it alright if i help you?"

i think for a moment
"mhm.."

the shower curtain opens
as he steps in
the water burns him
and Xinlong looks down at me
"your skin is red"
he turns the water cooler
and grabs some soap
he rubs his hands together
and looks at me to ask permission
"can i?"
i nod

he rubs is hands over my skin gently
purposely avoiding certain areas
as i close my eyes
finally feeling as if the dirt
is being washed away

when hes done
he turns the water off
"see? youre all clean"
he smiles at me
"clean?"
i say as he nods
"yes baby youre clean.
he cant hurt you now"
i nod as i grab towels for us
i hand him one "here" i say quietly
i dry myself then go to my room
i pull a sweatshirt over my head
and look over to him
"can i sleep over yours?
im not sure i can stay alone right now.." i say hopefully

he nods and opens my window again
we both climb through
and i go over to his bed
"could we snuggle?"
he smiles "of course. come here"

i fell asleep in his arms
i was clean
