The pathway over a body of water
A place of happiness and a place of slaughter
The peace of mind when you look out
With the deep thoughts you think about
A place full of death and despair
For those who found life to be unfair
The height of the structure appealed
To the ones whose pains were concealed
A place of romance with hugs and kisses
Where love blossomed between Mr and Mrs
A place with proposals and confessions
For the answers to the nail-biting questions
A place of deep thought
About demons being fought
About feelings being caught
About the lies being bought
A place where witches were hung
A place where songs are being sung
A place where kids raced boats and sticks
A place where children's friendships were fixed
The ones that keep secrets locked away
To the ones that are attractions over the bay
The ones that raise to let the boats pass
To the ones in the mountains made of glass
Whether its the ones in parks for visitors and tourists
Or the ones over streams in the middle of forests
I'll be there in my thoughts stuck like glue
I'll be there in my thought waiting for you...
