Chapter 3

Richard POV

I woke up on a really soft beating surface not the cold hard floor, wait did I say beating, I opened my eyes and saw that my head was resting on a soft chest with breast, I stood up fast and looked at my surrounding, I was hit by this delicious yet spicy scent, my wolf,Sam, was happy we found our mate, we are in our mate room.

I looked around and my eyes stopped at the beauty in front of me she's awake looking at me with this kind of emotion I can't wrap my finger on, Then it all came back to me and I started panicking she will reject me, she's an alpha I am an omega
"........."
"Hey, breathe with me" l heard a soothing voice and a hand trying to calm me down from the sparks I know it's my mate
"Calm down" she said and my body obeyed her I looked up at her
"Aren't you gonna reject me" I said calming down for second she looked shocked
"Why do you think I will reject you, I will never reject you, you are my mate" I was somewhat happy
"But I'm an omega, you are an alpha there's no way we can mate" I said, she brought up her thumb and wipe my tears that when I realise I was crying, she hugged me and rubber my back" I would never leave you, you are my mate I have wanted for so long for you and anyways you look really cute, you look like a bunny, my bunny" she said, my face turned beetred, she laughs softly I stare at her, she laughs like an angel we were interrupted by a knock on the door. She said a small "come in" and I look towards the door to see the beta come in with a tray full of food. I stare in awe I have never seen this kind of food, he stood in front of us and put the tray down on the table beside us
"Thank you Tyler" he bow and looked towards me down to my waist where my mate hand lies and he grit his teeth to keep him from bursting, geez what's his problem, he looked back up to me and smiled mischievously
"Sorry about earlier Luna, will you please forgive me" he said forcefully I looked at him, wait does he have a thing for my alpha, l blushed at the word, well yea she's my alpha as I'm her omega I nod at him giving him small smile he looked as if he's ready to kill me "okay thank you Tyler you can leave now we will talk later" he smiled looking at her with so much admiration, he bowed and left
"Okay now,you are going to eat very food in this tray you look so malnourished like you haven't eaten for days" yea that's true, she took the food from the table and started feeding me. I was already filled but there's still like quarter of the food remaining on the plate, she put the tray back on the table and gave me water to drink, After I lay my head on her chest "what's your name " she asked
"Richard Brady" I replied
"Richard, that a cute name for a pretty guy I sure you know my name but my name is Zarina Monroe black" she said I love the way my name roll down her lips he almost moaned. I hummed.
"What's the name of your pack and why did you cross my borderline" she asked looking down at me
"I'm from the crescent pack and I didn't know I had cross into you territory, I was been chased by pack member and I was tired so I decided to take a rest" I said starting to panic but relax by her smell and touch.
"Okay but what were you running away from" Zarina asked looking confused.
"In my pack, omegas are considered to be waste of money, space, and time, we omegas are treated like trash or slave or sex slave" I said looking up at her, she was fuming
"What? Why? Omegas should be treated highly they are her rare I hope you were not used as sex slave" I shook my head and she physically calmed down.

"I need to speak to your alpha he needs to be persecuted" I nodded against her chest and wrap my hands around her waist and fell back to sleep.

Zarina POV

I watched as Richard breathing slow down I mind link our pack doctor, Anne, to come and check him if he is okay and she replied that she's on her way. After a few minutes, there was a knock on the door
"can I come in alpha" Anne asked "yes you can" she came in and came over to where we were she checked him and prescribed some drugs for him then she left to attend to other patients, I carefully lay him down, went to take a shower, dress and went downstairs I already mindlink Tyler to come meet me in the sitting room so he was already seated he stood up and hugged each other
"So how's your mate" the way he emphasized on mate didn't really stood out but I shook it off
"He's responding well he's asleep right now" I said with a smile
"Hmmm, Zarina don't you think all this is planned"" what do you mean"I said feeling myself getting angry and about to transform and tear him to pieces but I kept it together because he's my best friend.
"I mean just look at this, you found your mate this morning just this morning you don't even know him you don't know if he is lying or not what if he was a sex addict in his former pack and was sent out my the  pack" That was the last straw for me, I grabbed him by his neck squeezing it he was trying to remove my hand but it was no march for me
"Don't you ever talk about my mate, your Luna like that again do I make my self clear" I said with so much anger he nodded and I let him go, I didn't bothered telling him how sorry I felt i just lose control, I couldn't stand and let my mate be insulted I'm really sorry for what I did I have never touched him I'm just confused I recently found my mate and I argued with my one and only friend I need to apologized but maybe later I need to go and see my mate I thought as I left for my room to see my mate.
