Alright so when I start training I am planning to do the following in my training courses:

If anything changes, I won't just leave it.

Once I start, the training courses will be 30-60 minutes (or longer) on every day except Saturday and Wednesday will be my break days. If I miss any other day, I have to replace the day by doing it on Wednesday or Saturday.
WORK OUT
-Speed
-Agility
-Flexibility
-Strength
Notes:
Strength is the least important in my opinion but I will try to strengthen my abs and upper body because lower body should be taken by speed.
RESEARCH
-Find the strengths and weaknesses of each of my powers
-How to contact spirit guides for when I'm in a dangerous situation and need help
MEDITATE
-Visualization
-Contacting spirit guides and higher self
PRACTICE
-Healing
-Telekinesis
-Atmokinesis
-Jumping for flight
