"Kurt and Kevin sleeping together. Kurt wakes up first and contemplates waking Kevin with a kiss. Kurt leans in only to hesitate centimeters away out of embarrassment. Kevin opens their eyes and says, 'Well if you won't do it, I will.' "

Kevin and Kurt enjoyed their sleepovers. They always talked about their adventures (Even though Kevin knew that Kurt's adventures are just his hallucinations), about their past, and they'd always laugh with each other until they fell asleep. Kurt considered Kevin his best friend.
After three years of being trapped in that mansion, all the survivors were free to go, and the two adventurers decided to live together. Kevin didn't mind all the medicine that Kurt has to take, and he didn't mind taking him to therapy. He didn't even mind all the binders Kurt ordered. [A/N: Trans Kurt, because he's a comfort character and transgender people deserve more representation.]
Kurt didn't mind the loud country music records and all the guns that Kevin has collected. In fact, Kurt thought that the guns were cool.
Even though each of them has his own room, they'd still do little "sleepovers" at each other's room from time to time. They'd watch a movie at Kevin's room, play video games at Kurt's, or just crash on the other's bed after a bad day.
That one night, Kurt was unable to sleep. Also because he had some hallucinations, but mainly because he woke up late today and messed up his sleep schedule. While Kevin was asleep in his bed, Kurt opened his laptop and kept writing his novel. When he reread his progress, he realized something- The love interest he made for the main character was pretty similar to... Kevin...
Kurt closed his laptop and blushed. He was lucky that the room was dark and Kevin was asleep because if he'd saw Kurt's red cheeks, the adventurer would have some explaining to do. To tell the truth, even though Kevin saw him as his best friend, Kurt wanted to be more than just that. More than just his roommate and bestie. He wanted to kiss, to hold hands, to cuddle... He wanted to confess to him.
He re-opened his laptop again and kept writing. When he looked at the clock, he realized that it's already seven in the morning. Kevin usually needs to wake up in that hour, since he got a job. Usually, they'd wake each other up by tickling each other or with breakfast, but Kurt can't really cook well.
Kurt climbed on the bed and leaned above the cowboy. His eyes were closed and his lips looked so soft. Kurt slowly leaned down, their lips were getting closer, but... he stopped.
"What if he doesn't want to? What if he doesn't feel the same way?" Kurt thought to himself. "He'd see me as a creep. He'll hate me. He'll move away. He'll hate me. He'll-"
"If you ain't gonna do it, I will." Kevin suddenly said, cutting off Kurt's thoughts right before pulling him into a kiss. His lips were soft and his hands were warm, and Kurt's body kissed him back. The cowboy brushed Kurt's hair with one hand, holding his waist with the other, and Kurt's hands held his shoulders. The kiss was gentle and sweet, but at the same time, it was deep and passionate.
"You've been awake too?" Kurt asked after they pulled away.
"Yup." Kevin said. "I'm good at faking sleep."
"Apparently." Kurt giggled.
Kevin sat on the bed, looking into Kurt's eyes.
"I... uh... wanted to wake you up for work." Kurt said.
"Well, I guess I'll go there with a good mood today." Kevin said, taking Kurt's hand in his. "I'm glad to see you feel the same, Kurt."
"W-wait, you liked me too?" Kurt asked.
"Ever since our first match together," Kevin replied, kissing Kurt's hand. "You're smart, adorable, beautiful... How can I not like you?"
Kurt blushed even harder, burying his face in Kevin's chest.
"I was planning on calling sick to work today anyways." Kevin said. "We both didn't sleep, after all."
"Yeah." Kurt said. "We should probably sleep."
"Yup." Kevin said. "Just take off your binder first. I don't want your ribs to hurt you."
"Oh, yeah. I forgot about that." Kurt giggled, taking his binder off through his shirt and tossing it onto the desk before he laid back on the bed with Kevin's arms wrapping him.
"Goodnight, Kev." Kurt said with a yawn.
"Goodnight, Pumpkin." Kevin replied, kissing his head as the smaller one slowly fell asleep.
