Gungun's Pov

It has been more than a year since we are dating each other. I clearly remembered the turning point day of my life when Dev proposed me. He was really nervous. He was trying to make the day special, sweet and memorable. He called me for a romantic dinner. I was very much smooth and comfortable with him so I go with him. He made me feel special. We went to a beautiful hotel. He ordered my favorite dish. He also asked waiter to play my favorite music.

"Arey Dev! Aaj itna pyaar! Koi important day hai kya? Let me guess! Na hum dono ka birthday hai! Na aaj hum pehli baar mile the! Na hi aaj hamaari dosti hui thi! Na hi kuch aur! Mujhe yaad nahi aa raha tum hi bata do!" Gungun asked confusily.

"Kuch nahi bas aise hi! Aaj meri mom ka birthday hai. And I want to celebrate the day with you kyuki tum mere liye mere life ki dusri sabse important lady ho after my mom." Dev said with a smile.

"Awwweeee! That's really sweet of you and sorry agar tumain bura laga to maine kitne ajeeb dhang se pucha na! How stupid I am?" Gungun said while slaping slowly on her her.

"No kitten! It's okay! You are not stupid! You are different and special for me." Dev said.

"You really miss your mom?" Gungun asked.

"Na, wo to hamesha mere dil main rehti hai." Dev said.

I hugged him lovingly. That day I fallen for him more harder.

After having dinner we went to the place where we met for the first time. It was such a hilarious place and we met in an awkward situation. We met on the road. He reacted the whole moment again for me and I started laughing. I thought he was going to propose me but I was wrong. We sat on the car and going back.

"Tumaare liye ek aur surprise hai. Chalo mere saath." Dev said.

"Ab aur kya Dev! I am really tired now." Gungun said.

I was tired but I was also exited for the surprise. That day it's feel like I am living in a dream world.

We went to a beach then. Both of us sat there in the moonlight and enjoying the silent atmosphere. We both were looking at noon. We don't talked to each other for few hours. Then Dev goes to his car to bring something.

He asked me to stood up. He then gave me a charming bracelet.

"Ye tumaare liye." Dev said.

"Thank you so much dev. It's really pretty." Gungun said.

"Welcome." He said taking a deep breathe.

He was feeling nervous. I understood the reason for that so I started teasing him.

"Kya hua Dev! Aur kuch kehna hai ya ghar chale?" Gungun asked.

"Ghar! Abhi nahi! Don't worry main tumain tumaare hostel tak drop kar dunga." Dev said.

"Accha thik hai! Pata nahi ye laantiya aur kitna time lega!" Gungun said slowly.

I turned back. He made a heart on the sand with a stick. He wrote "Will you marry me?" in that. He bend down on his knees and told me that three golden words.

"Gungun! I love you! Will you marry me?" Dev said.

I turned back. I was really surprised and shocked. There is no limit of my happiness. I saw that he was presenting me a ring. I looked at his innocent face and immediately said yes.

"Yes! Yes! Yes! Of course I will marry you! You know main iss pal ka Intezaar pichle 8 saal se kar rahi hu. I know hum pichle saal hi mile hai but maine to tumain usi din dil de diya tha jis din tumain pehli baar TV par dekha tha. You won't believe 14 saal ki thi bas." Gungun said.

We both hugged each other.

"Thank you so much Gungun." Dev said.

"Thanks to you Dev! I have waited for you so long." Gungun said.

We broke the hug and sat on the bench. We started talking.

"Ek baat bolu? Dev" Gungun asked.

"Haan bolo na!" Dev said.

"Mujhe na tumse jaldi se shaadi karni hai. Don't take me wrong but I told you na I have waited for you so long to ab Intezaar nahi hota. Main to abhi kar lu but main chaahti hu ki hamaari shaadi dono ke parents ki marzi se hi ho." Gungun said.

"OK meri jaan! Waise bhi main soch raha tha ki main bhi jaldi shaadi kar lu. Bahut akela reh liya. Ab akelaapan kaatne ko daurta hai. Hey can I call you kitten? Your eyes looks like a cat." Dev said.

"of course! Thanks." Gungun said with a smile.

"So my kitten! Tum jaisa chaahogi waisa hi hoga ab bataao mujhe kya karna hoga?" Dev asked.

"Main chaahti hu tum apne dad se baat karo aur main apne parents ko convence karti hu. Uske baad hum shaadi karenge." Gungun said.

"Jo hukum mere aaka! Main kal hi apne dad ko sab bataata hu. Waise unhe sab pata hi hoga. You know na media waale." Dev said with a smile.

"Thik hai fir main bhi apne parents ko hamaare decision ke baare main bataati hu. Uske baad tumain call karungi." Gungun said.

"OK Kitten!" Dev said.

We both hugged each other and goes home.
