Alex was sat at his desktop computer while I was sat in bed editing a video for Calvin and Patty on my laptop, there was a movie on but neither of us were watching as we were both focused on editing. Things had been intense the past few weeks we barely got to spend time together so just being in his presence was enough, the house was surprisingly quiet but it was 3 am and everyone just got done celebrating, not sure for what but it was fun. I was extremely close to falling asleep but Alex was wide awake and I didn't want to fall asleep without him. My eyes began to close but I was somewhat forcing them to stay open when I saw Alex turn around and look at me.

'y/n you're adorable but go to sleep it's okay'

Alex said talking in an extremely soft tone. I wanted to stay awake so we could just be together, I didn't know if I should fire back angrily or not so I just decided to refute what he was saying 'but'. I was cut off when Alex proposed something else,

'or you could at least come here and cuddle me like you do so well bebe'

Alex said as he pushed himself out from under the desk so I could go and sit on him. I shut my laptop down and made my way over to him, before I got there I saw him close his editing software and the shut down the computer. I was confused but still sat on him so I was straddling him. As I got comfortable Alex picked me up still in the same position and walked us over to the love sac in the corner of the room, he slowly sat down so I wasn't to disturbed and then pulled a blanket over us. These were the moments that made me happy cuddling into him and him being happy with just my presence, he pressed a kiss in my forehead. I was about to fall asleep when I heard him begin to talk,

'y/n I'm sorry that things have been so hectic lately, and that we haven't spend quality time together but I hope actually I know that it is going to change because I don't want to and I don't think I can go all day without seeing you as much but you know what I've realized recently is that I need to cherish every moment we have together because I love you so much y/n'

I pulled away and looked him in the eyes as mine began to fill with tears. 'I love you too Alex' I said extremely softly trying not to cry. He pulled me in tighter to his chest and began spread kisses on my forehead. It was unusual the house was silent, it was peaceful but it made me think the future. I lifted my head and went to give him a kiss but was interrupted when Calvin and Patty came running into our room, our attention darted to the our bathroom when we saw them bolt to it. The mood was completely ruined when I heard Patrick throwing up into the toilet.

'the mood is definitely ruined, should we help them or not?'

Alex asked slightly laughing bringing a smile to my face. I grabbed his hand and stood up pulling his arm along and into the bathroom where both Patty and Calvin were now throwing up.
