Emma ran into someone on her way home...

"Umm.. hi." I said to the guy standing in front of me.
"Hey, Emma right?" He asked in the most beautiful voice.
"Yeah... what's up, Vladimire?" I couldn't believe what just happened with Adam, but I was hoping Vladimire would do the same... then it would be more enjoyable for me.
"Nothin much, just walking home. You seem to be having fun..." He said with a sly smile. He obviously saw Adam and me...
"Oh my goshh..." I mumbled under my breath. This was just embarrassing... "Well.. I.. ummm gotta go... Bye Vlad."
"Wait," He said grabbing my arm gently. Adreneline rushed through my body, was he going to kiss me like Adam did? "This might sound really lame and all, but can I have your number?"
Well that was a smack in the face... "Ya sure." I said smiling, like I was just being friendly. Guys will never understand what goes on in our female minds...
He punched the number in his phone and said he'd call me later. We said bye and I started walking again, a little dissappointed, but not much since he was only a friend and it would've been a miracle if he kissed me...
When I reached the end of the street I heard my phone vibrating. "Hello?" I answered in to the device.
"Told you I would call you later." I smiled at his response. This was childish, but nice.
"Well this is like five minutes later now, isn't it?" I questioned.
He laughed. "Come walk with me after school tomorrow... we can go to the gazebo behind the creek. It's nice and quiet there. We can talk. It'll be fun." I sighed like I didn't already know the answer would be YES! "Pleeeasee?" He practically begged me to come, I kind of enjoyed this.
"I guess I could come..." I smiled because he didn't know how long I had been waiting for this moment.
"Cool," He said nonchalantly. "See you later."
"See you." I said and hung up. I dialed a different number in to my phone, then paused and locked it again. Nicki would have to wait for a call, until this whole Adam thing got sorted out...Until it does, I don't know if I can face Nicki...
