Brook of Bleak

Author Note: The poem is about people who are currently fighting through their darkness. The darkness can be in any form, but every darkness is accompanied by a harbinger who gives you an easy way out, not necessarily the right one. But we must remember, that fighting through these times is the only right answer.

No Time in life comes to test you unless the world accepts that you can win through it, not today but eventually

-------

These nights go unkindled
The Amber's of happiness have frozen
Tumbles in the darkness
Like a ever flowing brook
The harbinger awaits at the shore
To offer a hand
In the bargain for the soul
Don't let that fool you
For the only saving
Is you swiming back to shore.
