I pull the car out of the grocery store parking lot and place my hand on Kara's thigh when we settle onto the street.
I notice Kara shift away from me so I look away from the road to check on her.
When I look at her face, I notice her cheeks are puffed up.
I wonder why she's acting weirdly then a realization hits me.
"Kara no..."
"Hmm?" She huffs, not being able to talk do to her mouth being full.
"Where's the candy bar I just bought you?" I question her accusingly.
"Hm mm mhm."
When she responds to my question like that, I confirm my suspicions and dig through the glove box to find a napkin.
"Spit it out."
"Now Kara."
Kara shakes her head rapidly.
I pull over the the car and sigh.
I can't believe this dumb ass.
"Every damn time Kara, every damn time. You don't eat wrappers, you only eat the chocolate bar."
Kara just huffs in response, not exactly being able to really respond anyway.
"Ok," I look around the car and find a plastic bag in the backseat so I hand it to my girlfriend.
"Just spit it out," Kara finally does.
"God, if you want more chocolate, just ask. I will gladly turn the car around and go buy you more."
"I didn't want to annoy you," the blonde pouts.
"You know what's more annoying," I start, "having to tell you not to eat wrappers."
"Whatever," she grumbles.
"Do you want more chocolate?"
"Yeah." she mutters.
"Let's go," I turn our car around and drive back into the store parking lot.
"Ok, c'mon. You can pick out 5," I say after Kara hops out of the car.
"Only 5?"
"Yes, only 5," I scoff.
"Thank you, Lena."
"You're welcome Kara," I respond and hug her, "but I swear to god if you eat another wrapper I will never buy you candy again."
