EMPIRE OF SCOLUS IMPERIAL PALACE EMPEROR'S CHAMBER
Prime Minister Lem Phrang once again struggles running towards the Emperor's chamber. The grand large hallway is proving that such extravagance is just a pain on the ass, as far as the Prime Minister is concerned.
He rushed towards the gold plated door of the Emperor's bedchamber.
Standing guard is a squad of the elite Rose Knights. An knight order full of the Emperor's women.
He then knocked.
"Your Greatness! Your Greatness! Urgent news!"
The giant doors then began to creak open, slowly.
"WHAT IT IS THIS TIME?! CAN YOU NOT WAIT FOR AN EXTRA HOUR?!" the Emperor shouted, disgruntled that his sleep were once again disrupted. He has a woman besides him on his bed.
"THE CARDONIANS HAVE ATTACKED!"
"Why are you suprised? We knew that they are going to attack us. YOU DISTURBED ME FOR THIS!"
"NO! NO YOUR GREATNESS! THEY HAVE ATTACKED GINIANA!. A couple of nights ago dozens of forts and garrisons were attacked by their screaming flying swords! And what worse is, it is believe that Ginianaian royalties have revolted. Recent reports also states that the oil field has been successfully captured by the Cardonians."
"And why are you reporting this only now?! The attack happened two nights ago?!"
"Yes, yes your Greatness. It seems General Screntos withheld the information. He deemed the attack is within his control. But apparently he is facing the whole Cardonian naval force."
"THAT FUCKING FOOL!" the disgruntled Emperor then got up. His fingers kneading his head, he is obviously frustrated.
"Summon an Emergency council immediately. Contact Admiral Devent, get my fleet moving!"
"Understood your Greatness!" said the Prime Minister as he then quickly leave.
"WHY?! FUCKING WHY IN THE HELL THERE'S NOTHING RIGHT THAT HAVE HAPPENED SINCE THOSE BASTARDS APPEARED? WHY ALICIA?!" the Emperor clearly irritated asked the unprepared women on his bed.
"Yo.. Your Greatness. Luck is not with your side it seems." Alicia replied.
"HAHAHA. LUCK?! I AM THE DEFINITION OF LUCK!" the Emperor laugh sarcastically.
The women is clearly clueless, she was only supposed to provide services not solving the predicaments of the Empire.
