Anniversary

Sans was woken up by crying. At first he thought it was his imagination but the crying continued. He slowly sat up as his eyes adjusted to the room. He looked over to the source of the crying and saw the form of his sister. At first he thought to get up and help her, but Pyyhra stood up, and Sans just really didn't want to.

Pyyhra: what's wrong?

At first Zoe didn't respond, just continued to sob. But as her sobs slowed she responded.

Zoe: today's the day...

She reached to her desk and opened a drawer. She took out a picture that Sans couldn't see. But he got up and looked over the two girls shoulders to see the picture. It was there family, are at least was her family. It was there family picture, taken hair days before Sans was forced from his home. The entire Arc family was smiling, even him. They all wore yellow or green, except Sans himself, who wore the same clothes he always wore. Thought they were huge on him then.

Zoe: today was the day my brother ran away. I don't know why he did! Dad even sent out search parties! But they never found him!

She fell into Pyyhra's arms who did her best to confert her leader. By this point Nora and Ren has woken up and went to there leaders side. Sans grumbled and walked towards the door. Ren frowned and followed him out, questioning him.

Ren: what's wrong with you? She's Grieving her lost brother and all you can do is scoff and walk off!

Sans sighed and balled his hands into fists in his pockets.

Sans: look, I never knew this brother of hers, I don't care if he died. People die every day. And I know for a fact that no search parties were ever sent out that day.

Sans sighed and walked away from a puzzled Ren. He walked up to team rwbys dorm and knocked on the door. Sans waited and knocked again, and again and again. Eventually he gave up and opened the door, and looked inside. The rooms was in a mess as usual, but somehow more then usual. The 4, no five members of team rwby were gone. Sans's eye flashes blue.

Chara!

He quickly teleported over to an empty classroom by ozpin's office. And speed walked towards the headmasters office. As the door opened Sans moved forward and opened the door to see goodwitch, Opzin, and two people that Sans didn't recognize.

Ozpin: mr wing ding, we are having a meeting right not. Can you please wait outside?

Sans continued on his path towards ozpin's desk, causing more then a few weapons to be drawn.

???: kid, he told you to wait outside.

Sans continued to ozpins desk and slammed his hands on the table. Causing the unknown man and goodwitch to draw there weapons, while the one in white raised an eyebrow.

Sans: where are team rwby?

Ozpin scooted his seat back and stood up, sipping his coffee.

Ozpin: they are on a mission in the emerald forest. Why?

Sans scowled and went around ozpin's desk, grabbing the man by the scarf, and slamming him into the window. Goodwitch quickly restrained Sans using her semblance. But he looked at her, his pupils disappearing. Goodwitch shuttered.

Sans: nice telekinesis, mines better.

A glowing blue heart appeared in front of goodwitch, and sans moved his hand to the left of him. The heart followed, sending goodwitch flying into a wall. Qrow aims his scythe at Sans but ozpin stops him.

Sans: Why did you let Chara dreemur into beacon?

Opzin seems confused by this question.

Opzin: she was a transfer student!

Sans drops ozpin in frustration. He looks over at ozpin's desk and grabs his scroll. Looking at the current Tema rwby aura counter and location.

Qrow: kid you can't just grab that!

Sans's eye lights up blue as he teleports away, letting ozpin's scroll fall.

Goodwitch: what was Mr wing ding talking about?

Ozpin picks his scroll up, and turns to face goodwitch.

Ozpin: I'm not sure.

Ironwood, who had been silent this entire time, finally spoke.

Ironwood: Wing Ding, why do I feel like I'm, forgetting something?

At the forest

As sans teleported in, he immediately took notice of the lack or Grimm. This was one of the worst areas to be in, because the Grimm came here in such large numbers. Sans heard the sounds of battle and moved towards it. And as he arrived he saw something he never wanted to see. There was Chara, her eyes glowing red, with a bloodstained knife. Fighting Blake. All the other members of team rwby either laid there dead or dying. Yangs throat was slit, and Ruby's head had been removed from her body. Weiss had a large stab wound in her chest, and Blake was slowly loosing her fight. At first Sans wanted to help, but error stopped him.

Error; it's no use.

And just like that, chara ended the fight by stabbing Blake in her chest. Then over and over again all over. She stood up and took in her fresh murders, a LV counter appeared before her.

She smiled and brought the knife down onto her arm in three long marks, like claw marks. She then moved back towards beacon. Sans fell to his knees by the bodies of his friends, tears now flowing,  he looked towards the retreating form of Chara, and his eye began to glow.

Sans: you will pay
