"So you just not talk about how you just gave Ezra a lap dance and how y'all looked like you were going to rip each other's clothes off." Kennedy said as she walked into Jaida's bedroom smiling. Jaida shook her head sitting on her bed.
"Shut up it was just a lap dance dare" Jaida mumbled and looked down at her phone with a small sigh.
"A really hot lap dance" Janiya added as she sat next to Jaida. Jaida smiles but doesn't make a comment as she bites her lip and thinks about what just happened.
"It's getting late" Kennedy said as she looked at the clock.
"We should go hit the club" Jaida said looking up at her friends. Janiya and Kennedy's eyebrows both raised in surprised.
"You sure about that?" Ken mumbled looking at Jaida.
"I mean what else we got to do?" Jaida asked with a small shrug of her shoulders.
"To be honest I just want to stay in tonight" Niya said as she leaned back against the wall.
"Wow Ms.Always Want to Party doesn't want to go out tonight" Kennedy said laughing.
"Girl my period is about to start and I got those warning cramps" Niya grumbled as she huffed. Jaida nodded in agreement.
"How about a sleep over" Jaida suggested with a small smile playing on her face.
"We live next door to you Jai we have sleepovers almost every night" Kennedy answered before a phone rang. Jaida looked down to see that her mama was calling which means Haley was calling.
"Hey baby" Jaida said as she answered the phone with a big smile on her face.
"Hi mommy" her baby girl's excited voice rang through Jaida's ears. Jaida put the phone on speaker so Niya and Kennedy could talk to Hayley.
"Hey niecey" Kennedy said to Hayley making the little girl immediately response to her favorite auntie. Jaida let them talk to Hayley since they Barry get to talk to her. She got up and walked outside to see the boys were all gone except Ezra who looked like he was going to leave soon.
"Hey" Jaida said as she leaned against the wall staring at him. He looked up and smiled at her.
"Hey" He replied as he walked up to her before he was standing in front of her, looking down at her.
"I hope my friends and I didn't scare you off" Jaida said with a nervous laugh. Ezra shook his head as he gave her a small smile.
"No you guys didn't. But I was wondering if I could take yo-" He stopped as he frowned some. His phone buzzed making him apologize and look down at it.

Ezra stepped back some with a sigh as he looked at the ceiling. Jaida frowned as she watched him. She moved forward to touch his arm but he jerked his arm away from her. He turned away and walked toward the door.
"Is everything okay" Jaida's quiet voice mumbled as she looked at him confused.
"Yes everything is fine, I just need to go." He said and just like that he was walked out the door without even a goodbye. Jaida sighed and looked down before heading back to her room.
"Hey Hayley wants to talk to you" Ken said handling Jai the phone. Jaida smiled and put the phone to her ear.
"Hey princess" Jaida said into the phone as she sat down on the bed. Kennedy and Niya left her room waving bye.
"Mommy when you coming home" Hayley said immediately making Jaida freeze.
"I'm coming home soon baby I promise" She replies as she sighs.
"Mommy I miss you" Hayley sadden voice mumbled into the phone. Jaida's heart nearly broke as she hears her babygirl start to cry through the phone.
"I miss you too baby and I promise I will have you in my arms again princess . Then we can go to the beach and maybe even shopping okay?" Jaida said trying to cheer her up.
"Okay" Hayley mumbled before handing the phone to her grandmother.
"Hey baby" Jaida's mom said into the phone. Jaida sighed and smiled some happy to talk to her mother.
"Hey ma, how you been?" Jaida asked playing with her shirt.
"I been good just taking care of this little munchkin"
"Mama I was wondering if you guys could come up here next month. I have the weekend and about three days of no class." Jaida mumbled biting her lip as she looked around her room.
"Baby I don't know. I'll see what I can do" Her mother lied as she looked down at Hayley. Jaida frowned and nodded even though she couldn't see her.
"Okay mama. Tell Hayley I'll call her in the morning okay and that I love her"
"Of course baby" She said and hanged up the phone. Jaida pulled the phone away from her ear and sighed throwing her phone on the bed. She rubbed a hand down her face feeling so exhausted and out of it.
I'll just see if Ezra is okay she thought as she grabbed her phone.
