"Mister Bug, it's growing on me!" I scream, terrified with tears running down my face.

His bright green eyes look at my arm. Dark black energy is seen through my skin, running through my veins, from my arm all the way down to my feet. The dark energy is no doubt coming from the cat miraculous, but no matter what I try, I can't get it off.

"I know, Lady Noir," He whispers to me, reaching out and holding my face. "This will be over soon milady, I promise."

I look at him and start crying even more. The Ladybug miraculous has infected his face similar to mine. Black energy flows through the veins in his face from his earrings. They shoot across his face, one even through his eye, which is now a glowing a bright green which is seen through the dark. He too cannot seem to take the ladybug miraculous off.

"Are we... are we really going to di-"

"Don't think about that!" Mister Bug interrupts me. "I-I don't know."

I hold him tightly and pull him close to me. "If this is the end, I... I want to tell you something."

He quietly gasps. "Are you sure, Lady Noir?"

I nod, tears running down my cheeks.

"I... I have something to say too," he mumbles.

"On three, we both say it, okay?" I suggest, smiling through my fear.

He freezes, but then quietly nods.

"One..."

"Two..."

I take a deep breath, feeling my body burn from the dark magic flowing in me. I don't have much longer.

"...Three."

Marinette / Lady Noir's POV

"Honestly, I get why you never have time to make jokes milady!" Mister Bug calls out as we run across rooftops.

We're running back home after we just fought a super intense battle with Reflekdoll. We switched our kwamis because of a mix up with the miraculous, but I'm sure everything is okay now. Chat Noir is now going by 'Mister Bug', and I'm going by 'Lady Noir'. It's fun being a cat, but I can't wait to get my ladybug miraculous back! (Plus, Chat Noir's kwami drives me crazy.)

"We both have our rolls, huh buggaboy?" I tease him, with a wink. His face turns bright red.

I just giggle. Mister Bug rolls his eyes with a smile, and we both part ways, jumping into separate alleyways to detransform.

"Plagg, claws in!" I shout, and a bright green light fills the alleyway.

"I'm tired..." The tiny kwami, Plagg, whines as he collapses in my cupped hands.

I just giggle and roll my eyes. "Whatever. I hope a macaroon will do!"

"Mmm, don't mind if I do!" The black kwami squeaks, and takes a giant bite of my macaroon.

After a little while of him eating, I tug on the cat miraculous and plan to hand it to him, but gasp. A feeling of dread climbs up my body.
