INT. SIOUX FALLS GENERAL HOSPITAL - TREATMENT ROOM - DAY
Dean was on a hospital bed looking up at bright lights.
"Hold him down," the doctor instructed.
"Hey," Dean called.
"Three, two, one, set!"
Dean's leg was set and he screamed, "Aaaargh!"
"Nurse!" He turned to Dean. "Just relax."
"Where am I?"
"You're at the hospital."
"Which one?"
"Sioux Falls General."
A nurse gave Dean a shot as he asked, "Where's my brother and sister? We got to go."
"They bashed their heads quite seriously. They've gone up for an MRI."
"Okay, I got to go."
"You're not going anywhere on this leg, buddy. Relax."
Dean blacked out.
INT. SIOUX FALLS GENERAL HOSPITAL - PATIENT ROOM - DAY
"Oh, no, no, no," Dean muttered, pulling a drip from his arm and tried to get up, but fell to the floor with a yell. His right leg was in a cast. "What?"
Bobby and Dylan entered the room and asked, "You okay?"
"Bobby, Dylan, you're both alive."
"'Course we are," Bobby replied. "Why are you on the floor?"
"They gave me morphine. A lot." Bobby and Dylan helped Dean up. "Hey, look, a monster broke my leg. Oh. Wait... the house. We thought you two were dead."
"Well, we ain't. Not yet. But we got to run. This place ain't safe. Where's Sam and Natalia?"
"Uh... Head scan, I think."
"Meet us at the ambulance dock, stat. Dylan and I'll find Sam and Natalia."
"Wait, where? Bobby, Dylan, I'm a gimp."
Bobby brought Dean crutches. "Hey." He patted Dean's cheek several times and smiled at him.
INT. SIOUX FALLS GENERAL HOSPITAL
"You've scheduled dessert, I presume?" Dr. Gaines questioned.
His phone rang and the nurse took it from his gown pocket and held it to his ear. "Yes? The Winchesters?"
Dean exited his hospital room on crutches. Bobby and Dylan approached two orderlies who were moving an unconscious Sam and Natalia on stretchers, and held up some ID.
"Hold the phone, son. Who are they?" Bobby looked at the charts on Sam and Natalia's stretchers. "Yeah, this is the guy and girl. Coverage lapsed. We're shipping them to County." Bobby spoke to an unconscious Sam and Natalia. "Come on, sickos. Let's get you two healed up some place a little safer."
Dylan took Natalia's hand and squeezed it. "Don't worry, love. I won't let any more harm come to you."
Dr. Gaines and the nurse strode purposefully down the hallway as Dean made his way on crutches. Bobby and Dylan pushed Sam and Natalia on the stretches. Dr. Gaines saw Dean's empty room. Bobby, Sam, Dylan and Natalia left the hospital via the ambulance entrance and Bobby put Sam's stretcher in the ambulance while Dylan put Natalia's stretcher in the ambulance, sitting in the back with the two of them.
