"will!" holly cheered as the two boys walked through the front door.

"hi holly." will smiled and gave her a hug.

mike closed the door behind him.

"hello, michael." holly looked mike up and down.

"hi, rug rat." mike replied.

"mike!" will hit him on his arm.

"what! she was the one who gave me attitude!" mike argued.

"mike, enough. you sound like a child. now, holly, do you want to come downstairs with us?" will asked.

"yes!" holly nodded, happily.

"okay, let's go." will said.

mike held will's hand as they went downstairs. holly smirked when she saw and followed behind them.

they all sat down on the couch together.

"so, holly, we need to talk to you about something." mike sighed.

"is nana hurt again?" holly asked.

"no, hol, nana's fine. it's about will and i." mike replied.

"what about you and will?" holly asked.

"well...we're dating." will revealed.

"finally!" holly exclaimed.

mike and will turned to look at each other, then looked back at holly.

"hi guys, what's going on." nancy walked down the steps.

"will and mike are dating!" holly yelled.

"holly!" mike seethed.

"finally!" nancy groaned.

"you too?" will opened his eyes wide.

"well, i knew it would happen at some point!" nancy shouted and sat down.

holly nodded in agreement.

"was it really that obvious? that we liked each other?" mike asked.

"yes!"

"oh, well, at least we're happy together." will shrugged.

"and that's all that matters." nancy smiled.

will rested his head on mike's shoulder.

after hanging out for an hour, karen called them for dinner.

"where's dad?" mike asked as they got upstairs.

"he went out with some work friends after work, but he'll be home around 8 or 9." karen answered and put a something down on the table.

the kids all sat and they started eating.

"um, mom." mike spoke up.

"yes, mike?" karen sat down.

"um...there's something will and i have to tell you..." mike trailed off.

"okay? what is it?" karen asked as she ate some salad.

will looked over at mike, confused and mike just nodded.

"we're...we're dating." mike confessed

karen stoped chewing and swallowed.

"well, i think that's great." karen smiled.

"really?" will asked.

"of course i do! i don't see any problem with it." karen shrugged.

"thank you, mom." mike smiled back.
