Nyonika and Ishita were chit chatting when Manik entered the house carrying Nandu in his arms.

Nyo: Kya hua Nandu ko?

Manik: Kuch nahi Mom. Bas so gayi. I will take her to her room.

Ishita: Manik, tum bhi rest karlo beta. You too look tired.

Manik smiles and nods. Taking Nandu to her room, he makes her sleep properly and lays down beside her. Pulling her into his embrace, he drifted off to sleep.

A few hours later

Manik wakes up feeling some hard slaps on his shoulder. Opening his eyes, he finds Cabir sitting beside him on the bed and Navya on the couch beside. He glares at Cabir.

Manik: Tu pagal ho gaya kya? Itne zor se kaun marta hai?

Cabir: Matlab mere gym schedule waste nahi gaye. Wow. Main khud se hi impressed hun.

Navya: Tum? Tum kab se gym join kiye? Din bhar toh khate rehte ho.

Cabir: Eating is also an exercise, Navya.

Manik(sarcastically): Kaise, Cabir? Please enlighten us.

Cabir: See, when I eat, all the nerves in my mouth move. And this movement helps the nerves connected to the mouth's ones also move. Nerves ka movement matlab exercise. Hence proved.

Manik(rolling his eyes): Bhai, tu kab sudhrega?

Their bickering was disturbed by Nandu's movement. Manik caresses her head. Waking up with a smile, she looks around before wrapping her hands around Manik and hiding in the crook of his neck making everyone worried.

Manik: Nandu, kya hua? Koi bura sapna dekha kya?

Nandu: Manik, zombie.

Manik: kahan Nandu? Koi nahi hai yahan.

Nandu: Manik, dekh na tere side mein baitha hai. Blue tshirt mein.

Cabir: Main? Main zombie hoon toh tu chudail hai. How dare you call me a zombie?

Nandu: Manik, I am scared.

Manik: Cabir, you are scaring her.

Cabir(snorts): le, Itne saal ho gaye. Ab tak tu use hi support karta hain. Main toh kuch hoon hi nahi na tere liye.

Nandu: Manik, I am hungry.

Cabir: Ab yeh mujhe ignore maregi.

Manik and Navya chuckle at them.

Manik: Niche ja and eat something. Ishu maa hogi na.

Cabir(screamed): No.

Manik: Kya hua?

Navya: Actually what happened is..

Flashback

Cabir and Navya came home to meet Manan but went to the kitchen hearing some sounds coming from there. Nyo and Ishita were talking while cooking something.

Cabir: Namaste, Aunties ji. Kaise hai aap.

Nyo: Wow, itna respect. Kaise?

Cabir: Papa ji, ne bataya. Bado ka samman karo. Aadhar karo.
