and when everyone wears a mask
and speaks opposite of what they mean
feed you false hopes
act as if they have what you need
you wish you hadn't born
only to live a life
with a heart and a mind
and still fearing to cross
boundaries of their rules
and facade daydreams
we're unknowingly following
their rules
without calculating
what they're doing to us
the hole won't stop digging itself
unless it makes us totally invisible
mere human robots
who dream within limits
jumps out of a tower
in a clip of a finger
how long till you realise
the moths have been eating you alive
now sleep
wake up tomorrow as a kid
maybe things would be in different lights
