Lorelei Larissa's P.O.V

Sophie's birthday came. We are here at one of the most famous hotel in Manila. Of couse engrande ito.

Nag-iisang anak na babae lang siya ng mga Jimenez.

"I'm so excited." She said while the make up artist are applying some powder on her.

"Dadating siguro 'yung manliligaw mo 'no?" I asked.

Tumango siya,"Yup. My parents are friends with his parents."

"Are they close?"

"Close enough, I guess." She answered.

She is wearing a royal blue long gown. It was showing her shoulders and a liitle bit of her stomach.

"What is your gift to me?"

Nakaupo lang ako sa kama at siya naman ay inaasikaso pa rin,"My self." I jokingly said.

She rolled her eyes at me,"Seriously?" She said and laughed.

"Hey! Don't you want me?" I said and look offended.

She sway her hands,"Don't give yourself to me, Lei. Alam mo at alam ko na mas gusto mong ibigay ang sarili mo kay Kuya." Kumindat pa siya sa akin.

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko. Baka marinig ng make up artist. Nakakahiya!

"You got a point there." I said and send a flying kiss to her.

"Final touch." The make up artist said.

We both look at the mirror,"You're so pretty."

"Thanks."

Ako naman ay kanina pa nakabihis at naka ayos. I'm in a red tight dress. Showing some part of my skin. It was a liitle bit backless and my cleavage is showing off.

"I gotta go." I said at her.

Bumaba na ako at pumunta na sa mismong venue. Marami ng tao roon at ilang minuto nalang ay magsisimula na ang party.

I recognize some of them. Some are from our school. Mostly are business man and woman.

I was walking when someone called me,"Lorelei." He said.

Tumingin ako sa nagsalita. Oh, my cousin.

"Hi Brent." I said and kissed his cheeks.

He smiled widely at me,"Are you alone?" Tanong niya.

"Yup? But I'm waiting for my friend." I answered.

Yuri is coming here too. Magkakilala ang mga magulang nila kaya naman imbitado sila.

Buti na lang at may makakasama ako.

"Sumama ka muna sa akin habang hinihintay mo siya." He said.

"Teka saan mo ba ako dadalhin?"

Tinaasan niya lang ako ng kilay at hinila na paalis doon.

Napatago ako sa likod niya ng makita ko ang mga kasama niya. The Serpent Ravens are here. But Joziah is not included.

Napangiti ng malawak iyong nagpakilala sa akin dati. Si Marcus.

Tumayo siya sa inuupuan niya at lumapit sa akin,"Hi." He greeted. He looks amazing on his suit.

Ngumiti rin ako at kumaway sa kanya.

"Eyes on the face, boys." Brent said to the others.

Namula naman ako roon.
