After the bath and some more tidying up, Y/N followed South Hamgyong downstairs.

"Sorry," the province apologised. "We have a separate grid for the high-rise and the electricity can be a bit faulty sometimes, so we can't take the elevator right now. It's not worth getting trapped on it."

"That's okay." Y/N felt that she could use some exercise to make up for sleeping for two days straight.

"This place is pretty big, but I'm sure Korea will show you around at some point, if you can convince him."

Frankly, the thought of trying to convince North Korea to do anything was enough to make Y/N quiver in her socks and sandals.

"Couldn't you just..." She mimicked South Hamgyong's phrase, trying to get her tongue around the words. "Show me around?"

The girl laughed. "I'll do my best, but I still have to take care of my own province. I'll definitely be here when Korea needs me to come help you, but you'll probably have to work with some of my other cousins- and Korea- too."

"You have other cousins?" Y/N slowed down. The thought of meeting more people made her heart flutter a little in unease.

"Mm-hm. We pretty much consider ourselves siblings, but 'cousins' works as a catch-all." Noticing her lagging, South Hamgyong turned around and laughed. "Don't be too scared. Korea's given you the okay, so they won't do anything to you."

"Would... Would they do anything to me if I didn't have the okay?"

"Oh!" South Hamgyong exlaimed, ignoring the question. "By the way, my full brother's name is North Hamgyong, which will probably get confusing, so you can just call me 'SH.'"

        "SH? Please answer my question."

"Let's go! Lunch awaits!" SH grabbed Y/N's wrist and pulled her toward a set of ornately carved dark wood doors.

South Hamgyong strolled confidently in, pulling the reluctant girl behind her. Then released her to shut the door.

The room was surprisingly cozy, compared to the menacing doors, with a simple East Asian dining set-up- low-set table and red cushions to kneel on. A couple of the cushions had people sitting on them, who turned to look at her.

On the left side of the table were two male provinces- one with green skin, who glanced at her briefly in disinterest, and had a gold flower, similar to SH's red one, and a blue-skinned province with a white flower, wearing sailor's clothes.

"Hello," the sailor one said politely, taking a sip of his tea. Y/N nodded back nervously, unable to speak.

On the other side of the table was a female province wearing a light shirt and pants, who was leaning back on one of her arms. She had light-blue skin patterned with a lighter blue flower and was sprawled out on a ski jacket draped over her cushion.

"Heyyy." She waved. "So you're the foreigner?"

"O'viously she's the for'ner," the disinterested province grunted. "Not ev'ryday a human comes to eat lunch with us."

The light-blue province rolled her eyes, before looking back at Y/N. "I'm South Pyongan, but I'm sure that Korea's going to make us do formal introductions when we're all together."

The sailor-suited province stood and turned. "I am North Pyongan." He bowed politely before taking his seat again.

The green-skinned province next to him sighed gloomily, before saying- unenthusiastically- "I'm Ryanggang."
