"Ejzhaori! H-hey, wait for me! W-what do you mean by that?"
I was grinning from ear to ear while heading at the hallway towards my unit. Chandler kept on bugging me about what I've said at the car earlier. He's following me from behind, because of his things, he couldn't reach me out properly.
"Just sleep, Chandler. Gabi na.." I finally arrived in front of my unit's door.
Chandler was still catching his own breath while glaring at me. "Bukas ka sa 'kin."
I just playfully rolled my eyes at him, before going inside my unit. The next day, Chandler really marked his words. Early in the morning, he's already bugging me inside my unit.
I sighed heavily, crossing my arms over my chest as I stood in front of him. He's sitting like a kid on my gray couch at the living area, wearing a sweatpants, nike slides and plain white shirt.
"Naligo ka na ba?" I shot my brow up. Good thing, I already took a bath, because I woke up too early.
Chandler scoffed. "Of course! Bawal ba pumunta rito ang hindi naliligo?"
I rolled my eyes. "What are you doing here anyway? Wala ka bang pasok?" Usually kasi mayroon din silang Saturday class, ganoon rin kami.
He shook his head. "I woke up early and I don't have anything to do, that's why I came here. Nakaka bored." He yawned and comfortably stretched both of his arms on the backrest of the couch.
"Did you eat na?" I asked while walking towards the island counter.
"Not yet. You know how to cook?" I heard his footsteps coming.
"Of course, kita mo na ako lang ang mag isa rito." I started to fry some spam and bacon. Chandler is standing beside me, leaning against the counter.
"Where are your parents by the way?"
"They're already living abroad. Ako na lang ang nag paiwan rito. I still want to stay here, kaya nandito pa ako."
Chandler was just watching me. "So you're still going to leave this country soon?"
I shook my head, "I don't have any plans."
I just heard his soft hummed. I continued cooking our breakfast, while Chandler kept on asking some personal questions about me.
"I'll help you.." He insist.
I just nodded my head and let him help me serve all the foods around the island counter. We both sat down, facing each other, while eating silently.
"How was it?" I asked him, pertaining to the food.
Chandler nodded and gave me a thumbs up, still busy munching on his own foods. I smirked.
