Chapter 2

Joe's POV

After getting off the phone with Nick. I ran out of the store with a magazine in hand. I ran across the street and up the metal stairs to Nick's room. I threw the door open and saw Nick in the kitchen making lunch.

"What's up Joe?" He asked throwing a towel over his shoulders. I handed him the magazine and watched his face change. "How the hell did they find this?" He yelled throwing it down. I looked down at it again. There on the cover in big red letters it read, 'Nick Jonas sends his girlfriend a break-up text. Along with a racy photo to all his friends.' "How could I send a text or picture when I don't even have my phone?" He yelled once again clenching his fists. He then raised his head in alert. "Wait, what picture?" He grabbed it again and flipped through the pages. There was a full page of her in underwear and topless. I grabbed the magazine from him.

"How did you receive a picture of this?" I asked suddenly feeling jealous. Nick shook his head.

"It's fake, that's her body, but not her breast. Those were added in. They must of cut her bra off then replaced it with with someone else's. I should know, I have the original picture."

"And where would it be?" I asked. I kinda wanted one for myself.

"On my phone you dumb. Well not anymore, when I went to deactivate it everything got erase."

"I meant, who did you get the photo from?"

"From Shay, but that was many years ago when she just turned 18."

"Do they know that? She looks way younger. Maybe 12."

"I sure hope not..otherwise I'll be thrown in jail for displaying child porn. That is, if they can't prove her age." Nick slammed his head down on the counter. And he continued until I placed my hand underneath.

"We'll get through this. My brother is no horn dog." Nick lifted his head then eyebrows.

"Please don't ever say that again." He continued to bang his head on the counter.
